Virginia CHad the best U-Haul experience. Not to say the other experiences were negative. But U-Haul team at 1st Stop nailed it. To illustrate I reserved the trailer online. I was running late for my pick up appointment. I phoned ahead to tell them. The manager, Jean Rothery, accommodated my issue of my being delayed...her statement "we will be ready when you get here." I pull up to the super clean store. She greets me then explains the contract and then here team goes into action with connecting to my truck and doing safety check. The biggest difference in the level of customer service I received was that everyone smiled and presented a joyful front. I will be recommending them exclusively.
