Justin S.I'm very surprised that you have the ability to determine that 1 gallon of gas was missing from the tank of a van when the parking lot is in a slope not even parking. It's a shame that I did not received a text or a call letting me know that I had a an outstanding bill and instead sent their collecting hounds for a miserable $42.62 when I had just finished doing business with them for over 300$. Not what I expected.

Jillian T.This location is great and I have rented several trucks from them and have been very happy. However the U Haul self-check in process is horrible and there is absolutely no reason to do it. You still have to go in to pick up the key and they will only begin your "verification and approval" process when you have arrived at the location. They took over half an hour to verify me and I had to wait for it and it delayed my reservation and move. Why would it even let me make the reservation if I wasn't approved? Save yourself time and just deal with the actual people here, they are great.

Plus trying to contact the location was awful being put on hold and having phone continuously hangup. Original reserved truck was not available upon arrival. I want compensation for money lost.

Derrick B.Van was not cleaned and it leaked in the corner into the storage area. Also, I got charged for gas and I returned it with the same amount as when I picked it up. I traveled only 30 miles and put 3 gallons in but was charged for 1.7 more gallons. 30 gallons divided by 4.7 gallons is only 6.38 miles per gallon. That doesn't sound right. The location was fine, but the truck left a lot to be desired. Not pleased with the gas situation either

BRIAN S.If not for the staff member, Solar, my experience would have been poor. I needed pads and was disappointed to discover no pads in the truck. I went to the door of the closed office and she came out and explained that they didn't have any, but where I could go to get some. When I returned the truck, I realized that I had only picked up 1/2 of the 2 dozen pads I had ordered. I explained the situation to Solar and she immediately volunteered a refund and a refund for the pads I did have since I had to drive out of my way to get them. She gets five stars! Thanks
