Truck was fine. I was surprised that I received an additional charge for mileage.
Truck received less than gull on fuel.
I returned it full figure that would’ve been a wash.
Guess i was wrong. Your welcome for the extra 10 gallons of fuel.

Well all I needed was a trailer to haul a troybilt tiller, went by this place they had just the trailer I needed went in ask all about renting it, there great place to rent!

When I picked up the truck there was a crack in the windshield. When I did the initial check over I didn’t notice it because they put the huge advertisement across the windshield. I don’t know if they were trying to be deceptive, but it wasn’t mentioned. Then I had to call UHaul, wait 2 hours for them to call me back, so I could report it because I had already submitted my check list.

Just noting that there was damage to the truck, but that damage had been previously documented by UHaul. I also was able to easily use the online reporting mechanism to make note of the damage prior to leaving the store. The damage was minor and did not impact my move. We reserved online and pick up was a breeze.

Well the pickup place did an excellent job.
The problem I have is with uhauls website. They say that their trailer can tow a ful size truck, but the trailer is not big enough. They need to correct that in their website. They did immediately refund me for that, but it took time to hook up the truck, and then unload it and take trailer back. Otherwise everything was smooth with the uhaul. I highly recommend them.
