I find the website too busy or cluttered making it more difficult to navigate. Otherwise, the process was good and service was very good.

Leon GThe staff was very friendly and asked us if everything was okay and went over the truck with us. The talked with us about our journey and it was nice after a long trip. I did get a text the friday morning saying we had to drop the truck off in burlington which was not our agreed location. I had to drive 45 minutes to get the van and i was not taking it to burlington when my storage unit was at the drop off location. It all worked out and they were extremely helpful at the drop off location.

Lesley PLocation was fine. UHaul didn’t honor my reservation though. This was made on the website. Pickup changed to a far-off location, couldn’t do one-way trip, and the truck was bigger than the one I reserved. So UHaul company did this. Not okay.

Rajiv KYou know, this industry is renowned for renting dirty, smelly, sticky and possible not hygenic vehicles. One of the competitors will make a claim one day to make them fresh and a great experience and kick all the others asses.

Ivan CYour online return system did not work. I could not get past the screen for the “share your location” which then required a staff member to come back to location to check in vehicle at 10:20 at kight. This needs to be fixed. As a customer, I was very frustrated and was concerned for my security sitting alone in the parking lot trying to make the system work. I felt terrible that a staff member had to get up and come to location to help
