Small town rental place; but employees had trouble with making rental , did not assist in trailer hook up ( just pointed outside and I had to hook up trailer myself ) if I were not familiar with the use ; which many people are not this could have been a disaster !!!!Edward F.

They changed my reservation the day of to this place to pick up a truck. Had to drive an hour and wanted a discount applied to the account. I told them to wait on the paperwork while I contact their main office to apply the discount. The man behind the counter just went ahead and sent out the vehicle and they would not apply the discount. I had to pay over $1000 for the truck. Yes $1000 and they told me to just get the discount at the other stop which of course they did not. If you want to get screwed over big time then come to this place.Jeremy G.

Make sure that the fuel gauge on the paper matches the look of the gauge located on the paper. Trying to read the fuel gauge on the truck and make sure that it matches the gauge on the paper is difficult when they both do not look the same.tnary T.

We reserved our truck for meridian ms and when we got there. They had several trucks on the lot but told us they have moved our business to quitman which was 30 miles away. We were very unhappy. The man in meridian was very rude. We have had this trick reserved for over a week and we will no longer use uhaulVICKY A.

We discovered an oil spilled coming from the console. We called the 800 emergency Roadside assistance. When they came they saw an oil spill, he found a bottle of oil in the back of cabe hall. He removed and cleaned the oil spill. He said it was left by previous renter. He called his supervisor and told him the results. The supervisor (Billy) talked to me on the phone and said I had to pay $350.00. His repairman was told to stay there until I paid the amount. If I don't pay the charges he would charges me $75.00 and hour of his service and waiting, and he would sent a tow truck to pick the U-haul truck if don't pay. I was nervous and in tears and scared for what he said to do. I called Travis the U-Haul manager and he told not to pay anyone any money. Mr. Re-assured me that everything was ok. Why the confusioned, scaring the customers, they should negotiate with the U-haul renter company to any discrepancies, otherwise that's there responsibility to make sure the vehicle is a top shape before renting.
