Sharon NI was scheduled to drop off my truck at 8am on a Saturday morning, When I got there at 7:55 the office was closed They did not open until 9am You would think they would want to be open at 8 on a Saturday morning the busiest day of the week for rentals. The drop box was about 75 yards away from the office I had to seek it out, Not a very good set up.

penn hA note about where the dropbox is online would have been helpful. I learned that I needed to go to the other end of the parking lot to drop the key after I had taken a picture of where I parked the truck and that was not easy after a very long day of moving and driving.

Michelle DExcept for a small problem removing the key from the ignition the process and experience was seamless. One suggestion would be install a Dropbox for the key in afterhour returns. I jeft the key in the locked truck.

Matthew GHuntingdon PA is closed Sunday. I stopped in Sat to ask about the ball size and they told me I had to pick it up Sat. Not a problem. But your site should have said that. Otherwise they were great.
Robert WNeeded a car carrier for Monday. Center is closed Sunday so had to get it Saturday. Charged for Sunday. Had to change plans.
DAN MDo to some glitch our reservation was missing from representatives computer, however, she remembers my phone call and was very helpful since we were picking up vehicle on a holiday. I made sure to check in with representative on business day in person ahead of holiday or it could have really caused us problems. Your phone services could use some improvements.
Jonathan HIt took me 50 minutes to get through on website to pick up the truck. I rented it for the day but it said it needed returned by 2p. Process was difficult and delayed. Will never go this route again.
