GERALD MIt was not your typical drop off location. It’s not clear pulling up that it is a uhaul location. The guy was nice and the location was convenient. Better signage would be helpful.

OMAR GIf you say the rental can come in late should quote the rate not make it sound like it is free. Was delayed by snowstorm, would have brought it in sooner. Was charges way more than the rate I should have if I rented it in town those three days.

DANIEL MInteresting that you did not ask me about U-Haul overall, or the location in San Ysidro. Both were TERRIBLE. U-Haul switched up where we were to pick up and drop off MULTIPLE times, including the day before we left. We had to leave hours later than planned, drive many miles out of our way, and the service at San Ysidro was abominable. Here in Portland, we were again switched twice for dropoff, but the caller was pleasant and helpful, and the final place was excellent. But would I recommend U-Haul for out of state moves? no. Would I recommend towing an auto transport? No. I reserved our truck and auto transport from the same place weeks ahead. I wasn't able to get either one there, or even at the same place. No apologies, nothing.
