Charge the customer what you say it will cost. The employee did not have access to his app so he couldn't tell me my total at checkout so I waited 15 minutes while he tried to do it.

Mohamad JLet the renter know they should use a different had station for their gas or they will be charged twice, and then given a very charlatan like response for why. No I am not happy with their service. I've e never rented UHaul before and never will again.

Ahmad RWhen You reserve the pick up location for Tracy ca and next day you change 21 mile away to Manteca ca and charge $1:09 cents per mile for 137 mile as you normally charge 49 cents per mile after 100 mile why am I charge full price.
