UHAUL policies are highly discriminating against American State Nationals. I was denied service based upon my political status being a true American State National. I am not a U.S. Citizen. Being a true American it is my Unalienable Right to travel peacefully from point to point without being adulterated. I Do Not have a Drivers License. I am not required to have one to travel. It is an Unconscionable Contract of fraud that was not fully disclosed when issued. I am not an Operator in Commerce nor a Driver in Commerce. The supreme court has ruled that an Unalienable Right can not be turned into a privilege. I chose to be a free American State National and not a U.S. Citizen whom are requiring to have a Drivers License, Register your Cars, pay Federal Taxes. Your policy denied me service and I was forced to ask a friend who has a DL, which was HIGHLY EMBARRASSING and degrading.Michael D.

The check in to get the truck was so backwards. They didn't verify anything or even tell you they would verify anything UNTIL THE DAY AND TIME YOU WERE THERE! I wasted 1.5 hours trying to get the truck and the key it was very annoying. Just text the code to get the key and verify ID etc the DAY BEFORE so there is no wasted time and frustration. I mean who is going to steal a uhaul.. NOBODYSAMANTHA S.

The uhaul @ Sharp Inspection & Lube in Texas City is the best uhaul around. If they don't have what you need there, they're always happy to find you one. They're a great to Texas City and especially to the area they're in.Chris S.

The truck was wrecked in the front and it pulled to the right badly . But it was the only one for out of town so we took it . The fuel mileage was garbage and the head light was loose so it flashed all over the road. I had to shim it with paper for the trip . What a crappy truck . 1. Practice CDC guidelines. Wear face masks and Social distances. 2. Truck was dirty, and not cleaned for COVID-19. Cab was very dirty. 3. I spent some 2 hours cleaning, had concerns about using. Used Mops, disinfectants, wipes, and sprays for several times to get a comfort level. 4. The truck drove ok, no problems. Thank you. 5. No pad lock for cargo door, had to pay additional $5 for a basic lock. 6. Thank you for having truck available.ESAU A.

The AC didnt work. For the price I paid I should of had working air. Its too hot. Wasnt clean. We had to clean oht before we put our stuff in their. Then the guy gave me the wrong truck and never fixed it in the system. When I went to go drop off it wasnt right. I will never rent from this location again.Marketa J.
The drop off location was to busy had to wait to drop off awhile while they changed oil as there normal business. I needed help backing trailer and he left after asking twice. I had to continually keep getting out so I didnt back into something. He finally came out as I finished backing but left again. He said I could go. But I didnt sign anything or feel confortable. That I had no proof I dropped it off on time and to the right place so I took pictures to verifyTeddy K.
