A deposit was taken because I used a prepaid card and I still haven’t received my deposit back. But over all it was simple and easy and the guy was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars
Dianne WWhen picked up the uhaul was charged $100 more than was quoted online. He advised it was due to insurance, but that was included in the online quote.

JONATHAN PThis was an unmanned building in the middle of no where with poor cell phone signal making the check in process difficult. We were also billed for 20 packing blankets that were no where to be found in the truck.

Or reduce their fees to compensate for the time and mileage they end up swallowing just so YOUR multibillion dollar company can “save” money! You cut the throat of rural uhaul locations by sending their customers miles away… “because it’s the closest equipment “! Why penalize them for trying to network with other regional uhaul dealers?!?! It’s asinine on your part to not recognize GOOD customer service ! Your system needs to stop treating the uhaul dealers as competitors and instead recognize they are all one corporate family service the customer
Eric WOwner was very accommodating to time and needs. We worked around each other’s schedules and everyone left happy. I was very pleased with my trip with the trailer I rented and will absolutely use them no again should they need arise.
Lucas HTire was bald and it blew a few hours into the drive. Took 3 hours for someone to come a replace. Had to get a hotel due to the hours behind we were in our move.

Marna LI was to drop off trailer Monday and I did. I was to drop off in Springfield, Co 81073. Received an e-mail to drop off in Walsh, Co 40 mile out of my way then you charged me 20.00 late fee. Do you people know what you are doing?

Herbert BTrailer size I reserved was changed to smaller size requiring me to find the trailer size I wanted at a different location. Representative should have informed me of the location to get the size of trailer I reserved.

WESLEY HThe system was down, the uhaul dealer is also a farmer we had to wait 30 minutes for him to come off the field and into the office. We were there over an hour before he got a message saying we reserved a truck. Stood there for over two more hours because the system was down. The uhaul dealer could not get his regional manager on the line to help. I tried to call and virtual chat with uhaul customer service. I was unable to get through to anyone either. It took 4 hours to get our truck which put us behind in a significant way.

Dallas MRoger tried hard to get my reservation but unable to do so until UHaul sent it to his location. The truck and car transport I reserved were not at this location. Roger did honor the new arrangement Uhaul Rep made for me.

Steven RI ordered a 26 ft truck to sterling and 2 days before our move I was informed that I would have to drive to Wray and get 2 10 ft trucks. We had to scramble to get another driver, not all of our stuff fit, and the discount/extra mileage I was told we would receive was not what I was ultimately charged/given. Overall I am very disappointed in uhaul booking services.

Michelle WI had to drive 150 miles two ways to pick up u-haul trailer. The rental location was great but the overall service from U-Haul totally sucked. U-haul totally SUCKS!!! No equipment available in my area and losing a day of packing/getting ready for my move, was awful. Dealers are good, U-HAUL ITSELF TOTALLY SUCKS!! Do something about your crappy fleet!!

He wasn’t even given to me as an option for drop off by your Natl rep when she called to correct the online screw up of my initial request for my one way rental drop off location. He’s got a great location that was easy to find, once I knew he existed. You need a better online dealer location system identifying possible drop off locations across rural America.
