Very good explanation of rental and the truck by the person at the counter. However, the truck had some previous damage near the outside passenger door, therefore making for a very noisy ride at speeds above 50km/h. It felt like there was a small gap between the door and outside so the wind would make alot of noise. Really unpleasant to drive.

We got pretty obviously scammed, on top of waiting an hour for hour truck. The lock was faulty and not opening, until someone came and pushed it open with its finger (not the lever, mind you, but the actual lock part), and looked at us as if we were the dumbest people alive for not assuming the lock had to be pushed open like that, and not with the lever every one else told us to use.
After this very frustrating start, we got billed for a 50$ fee because the technician came "for nothing" as the combination was right. As if we were supposed to guess that this shitty lock was so old you had to push the top metallic lock part open with your finger.

The place and truck wasn’t clean at all. We have seen and used service from other locations and experience was really good but this time it was the worst and in terms of staff he was very rude, not helpful and zero professional.
