Harold B.the on line program is really bad and every time i called the 800 number they messed it up. They gave me a truck over an hour from where i wanted to pick it up adding 2 hours more drive time for me and letting me know less than 24 hours from when i was going to pick it up So i picked it up local and drove it empty 5 hours and then back full. You need to find a better way to make trucks accessible and easier to pick up where you want to. Everyone seemed like it wasn't a big deal for me to have to drive an extra 100 miles and 2 hours time. Maybe they should have gone and gotten it and brought it to where i wanted to pick it up since they didn't see problem with it. The local person, Shelby, was awesome and was able to fix all the problems others created.

Ronnie G.My issue is with the company not any location. My reservation did not mean anything. I was given the wrong truck, at the wrong location, with the wrong equipment. This made moving much more stressful. I will use Budget from now on.

Eric B.It's not this location review it's the company overall. Uhaul reservation system is useless. Why even have a reservation system if you can't deliver on reserving trucks for people that try to reserve one; that is your business, logistics. If you can't provide on reservations then you shouldn't take the reservation; or give a bigger window of return to allow for margin of error. I reserved a 20' truck a full week in advance to be notified the day prior around 3:30pm that truck won't be avail for 11 am pickup, but a larger truck 26' at a different location but only avail a 1pm, to arrive on time and have no truck which was not due back until 2-3 hours later. Then, had to drive another 45 min. out of my way to get a 15' truck, to find out there was no appliance dolly at that location, drive yet another 40 minutes out of my way again to gather the appliance dolly from that location then finally to my location intended. I then had to make 2 whole trips a 2 hour drive each way to get all my things moved which i could have avoided and could have enjoyed the other half of my weekend relaxing with my pregnant wife which by the way had to endure the same trips in that crappy truck. What a waste of a company. I will NEVER use uhaul again and I will never recommend them to anyone i know either.
