John ElliottThis location should not be allowed to offer U-Haul rentals. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. They did not have the additional equipment I requested in my reservation, they did not walk through the condition of the vehicle and acted as though having to go through the process of renting the truck was beneath them. The rear tires on the vehicle were worn down to the wear bars, which I feel is an unsafe condition for a vehicle which is designed to be heavily loaded with household goods. Upon return of the vehicle it was not checked-in properly which resulted in U-Haul calling me hours later to find out if I was extending my rental. This rental experience makes me question whether U-Haul is a good choice.

I would suggest the locations be more aware of their upcoming rentals and communicate to the customers if something on their reservations are not available.

Ian MurrayYour Ramp Is Too Short, it will exhaust a person in a short period of time due to the short length plus when unloading the short ramp increses the speed of the dolly impeding the operator from controling the dolly speed is dangerious to create serious injury to the operator and others.

Robert DooleyThey charge me an extra $76 for extra day of service in which I returned the vehicle back on time. They charge me an extra $17 for fuel in which I return the vehicle back the way I received it which was 3/4 full. This was the worst U-Haul place I ever encountered. And they did not give me my receipt at the time I dropped it off. I will never go back there and I will make sure to tell everyone I know NOT to go to this location.

Lacey StewartHave the equipment at the location it was rented from, or transfer it to the branch for the customer. We had to find a ride to drive an hour each way to pick up/drop off, when the location we originally rented from was walking distance from our office, this was very inconvenient. It would be helpful at reservation to know options of alternate locations with the equipment requested at time of reservation, so we, the customer, can pick the alternate location, not by finding out the assignment of pick up via text on the day and time of pick up that we would have to find a ride to an hour away for our truck. Thank you.

So to insure this wouldn’t happen I wanted to be checked out while there. But was informed he couldn’t cause he was the only person there. I have still not received a receipt.

As I was in the store waiting to get the truck I received a phone from uhaul explaining to me the NEW location did not have a truck for me and to go to another location. They did not have furniture cover. Now they’re trying to charge me for gas that was put back into the truck. All aground nightmare.

Lee RobertsPro: Staff that worked the location were knowledgeable and courteous. Con: Truck carriage had a weird smell, like a pet odor trying to be covered up by cheap cleaner. Cabin wasn’t gross but definitely used. The visor had damage to it. Overall: Positive customer experience. It’s a truck that got the job done.

michael manyeThe man working at the Shell station was very rude and not helpful at all. I parked the uhaul next to a line of trucks and he told me I need to back it in. I told him I did not feel comfortable backing in and asked if he could do it then. He said no and since it’s after 5 now (5:03) he would not check me in and I would have to do it online. He ignored me when I talked in the first time and I feel like he went out of his way to be rude and difficult to me. Definitely ruined an end to an already stressful move day.
