We went to the front desk of the gas station to check in, and the front desk individual said we should check in online. We spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to pre-check in. After completing the pre-check In we went back to the desk and the staff seemed frustrated that we had come back in. We then walked out and called a customer service number and they were able to fully check us in via walking us through the online check in process.

There was one employee working by himself so we were interrupted multiple times during the transaction, I am watching my account for a double charge. He did not seem to be knowledgable about the software and was not very personable.

UHaul attendant was very slow and only took time to check out gas station customers. Uhaul was not swept out. Very disorganized location.

I tried returning the Uhaul and this was a gas station location where the attendant was of no help. Told us to drop our keys and papers in the box and it would be checked in the afternoon. I tried the mobile check-in on the app and on my web browser and it would not locate my phone, therefore not allowing me to move forward with the process or able to read instructions on what to do next. The only resolution was to call into u-haul and I received help from Amanda Rodriguez. She was helpful but the process of returning online is flawed.

This location i did not have mich trouble with besides it just taking forever to get my keys for an online reservation. My issue was with the original uhual location i was suppose to get my truck from that even had a 50 dollar guarantee. Did not have my truck and even told me to look else wer when i had made my reservation there for a reason. Finally got them to call in to find another location. The guy i was on the phone with about my new location was rude. Especially when i asked about my 50 dollars they wer suppose to give me. I have yet to recieve my 50 couldnt get a direct answer about how i was going to get that. The guy said i would be credited to my credit card.

When we arrived there, they said :Oh we don't have the truck you have to go to another location. I read the policy about returning back 60$ if they don't have the truck. They promise us to give us the 60$. At the other location they said you have to call the 1800 number.

It took 30 minutes for me to pick up my vehicle. I think most of this was because the website was down, but it was still annoying to go through. Then when I dropped my vehicle off, I was given confusing instructions on how to properly fill the fuel level.

The truck I reserved was not available so I was not able to use online check out and was directed to the counter inside. The attendant had no clue how to use the system and even ended up deleting my reservation. FINALLY, after over 90 Minutes of waiting, he finally got some help and put me in a 20ft truck, since the 15ft was not available. The issue was my 15ft ruck was supposed to have been turned in on the prior day. It was not, and nobody at Uhaul checked that the truck was available. Several days prior to pick up, my pick up location was changed to this new location, but there was no confirmation performed that my truck was actually ready prior to my arrival. That is a UHaul problem. The lack of expertise at this particular location was less of a Uhaul issue and more of the location not being trained, although there has to be some oversight. Once i got past the absolutely poor check out process, the rest of the rental was fine, except for the fact I was driving a much bigger truck than I wanted, spending more gas than I needed. The 15ft reserved was bigger than I really needed, so the 20ft truck I ended up with was HUGE. UHaul apparently has no method to confirm a vehicle is at the renting location and ready. The result is what happened to me, and I'm sure many others. All they had to do was re-direct me to a location that had a 15ft truck, AND a competent agent.
