The man who gave me the rental was the most rude individual I have ever encountered I would never go back there for anything not even for gas (as it was a gas station).

This store has to much going on in the store, boost mobile sales, uhaul, convenience store, gas station. The business is under staffed and untrained. The employee that served me didn’t know where the keys for the reserved vehicle were. When he called someone else, they too did not know. Showed up just after 10:30 to pick up the truck, and it was after 11:30 before I was given the keys for it. There was no contract given to me to show the expectations or numbers for assistance if there were to be a problem on the road. I returned the vehicle at 11:30 the following day, and was charged for 2 days usage of the vehicle. I’m not pleased with this entire experience with this location and will never recommend to use it.

The people you do business with say “good customer service is fiction not fact” quote from the attendant. When I returned the truck to the location the attendant seemed bothered I was there and was very rude to me. Not sure how Uhaul vets who they do business with but you might want to reconsider this location. The truck was great, people not so much...good luck!

Can't think of any improvements. The clerk was very friendly and helpful and it took only minutes to complete the rental. Very happy with the service at Shell.

Horrible experience and will not be using uhaul again. We reserved our truck the night before, then went to pick up the truck at gas station that had the uhaul. We get there and the guy had no clue what was going in, then finally found my name in the computer.. then the guy couldn't find the keys to the truck, the only truck that was there. He called someone else, that person didn't pick up... it took about 45 mins to get the truck.. then he finally found the keys. About an hour for the truck rental. Ruined the whole day.. moving isnt easy and he definitely made the start of our day not good.

Right tire felt loose couldn’t drive it fast. And overcharged me I had to call U-Haul 1800 to get a refund. He charged me a late fee but rep when I picked it up said to drop it off in the morning since there wasn’t any drop box. He wanted me to put more gas than what I got it for and overcharged me for that and a dolly that wasn’t there. He didn’t even know what a dolly was I had to explain to him what it was. Horrible customer service and will never ever ever get U-Haul from this location. Not sure if he was used to a certain type of clientele but that isn’t how you treat customers. They are giving U-Haul a horrible rep. I only came to this location which was far because there wasn’t a U-Haul truck available. Horrible service and they over charge people.

twice in recent years I rented uhaul. both times after i arranged pickup verified at a convenient location, The rental was not where I was told it would be. clerk was unable to give me copy of the contract. could not work printer. it is impossible to make a travel plan when one party consistently refuses to honor a contract.

It was not clean at All. The attendant didn’t seem to care and when I complained I was told to call the 800 number who than referred me to the website to upload pictures before I left and that took like 45min. I did speed check out and ended up spending 45 min anyways

The gas station attendant didn't seem to care about our time. We allowed him to take care of a customer behind us after giving him the reservation number. After taking care of that customer he took my credit card and license and decided to take a phone call in a different language and wrote out a check before finishing helping us. I was upset I had to wait while he wrote a check and made a phone call. That is something he could have done after we left. I was also a little uncomfortable about the phone conversation in a different language. For all I know he could have been giving someone my info. There was also another customer behind us at this point while we continued to wait.

UHAUL SHOULD NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO REPRESENT UHAUL. WORST. USTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE! I will rethink using UHAUL AGAIN because of these people!

Upon arriving at this drop off location, the store attendant acted like he had no clue what U-Haul was. Then, after fumbling with the computer, he told me he could not complete my return. I then had to process the return myself online. It took me a mere few minutes to return online. Then, there was no drop box for the truck keys. So when I asked where to place the keys, the attendant said he would take them. To me, he was very sketchy and made the return process unnerving. I recommend that this location be removed from the Uhaul database.

Not a friendly person, during check out the man said I owe $31 for fuel. (I had just filled the truck up to 3/4 where I received it) He was looking at the wrong gauge in the truck, and not the fuel gauge.

This location you pick up and drop off the U-Haul at a shell gas station, the employees inside are more concerned with helping their customers who come in to buy items from the store than finish helping anyone with a U-Haul. Took me over thirty minutes when returning the to decide to just leave because it became apparent they weren’t going to help me. A few minutes later I get an email saying the gas was short, even though I have proof that i paid for 4 gallons of gas for 21 miles. Can not believe U-Haul being a company with such great customer service would have a location like this one with such poor customer service.
