Wrong code given to unlock U-Haul. Gentleman working at gas station very helpful in helping me. U-Haul customer service terrible in helping me. Had requested hand dolly and furniture dolly, neither were given to me. Had to drive around to different U-Haul locations, which were given to me by customer service, which none had any. Had to buy them myself at Home Depot. Not a good experience with U-Haul. Pick up and drop off locations were great.Tahsin A.

The station was dirty and needs a makeover. Although the truck was clean, it only had a third of a tank of gas, which added to problems when I returned it. I put 78 miles on the truck and, not knowing the mpg, did not know how much to put into the tank to bring it up to the third of a tank level. None of the employees were helpful. Another problem was the loose steering mechanism. With over 107,000 miles on the truck, the steering needs to be addressed. As it is, the steering wheel has a very â€œloosey- gooseyâ€ feel which added to my stress in driving in the heavy Scottsdale traffic. I think U-Haul needs to re-examine whether this location properly represents the image the company has built over the years.LAURENCE EDWIN S.
