YOLANDA SWaiting for a response from management. The last time I we rented a van from this U-Haul location it was dirty. When I brought it to U-Haul attention. They advised the truck was clean. When I advised the guy that works here that U-Haul said van was clean he blatantly said no it was not clean because he didn’t clean it. When I reserved this one the same guy at the place called me and advised they close at 4::30. I asked him to please provide a clean vehicle. The vehicle was dirty. My mom did not want her stuff in that dirty vehicle.

Johanna GTruck was old and beat. Steering wheel was worn through. Drivers side wiper was completely broken which made driving through a rainstorm especially scary. Only reason, and truly the only reason I would consider recommending this branch was that the woman who works there was genuinely nice.
Kai XI ordered a dozen blankets/pads. The truck only had 5. I was charged for the use of a dolly, which I did not use. There were two dollies in the truck wasting space, which I did not order. I was charged a fuel surcharge when I returned the truck with more fuel than was in the truck when I departed.

When I returned the van, he made sure everything was okay and he only charge me for what I had requested and used. Before he charge my card, he showed me what I was paying for before I left the faculty. I highly recommend you use this location, it was very clean and inviting. I will definitely be back again.

NELSON BOur experience at Sheridan Village Self Storage with Jenny the Manager was exceptional. She greeted us with a huge smile. She is kind, and so very helpful. She took her time to help us and we didn't feel rushed. I walked out telling my husband " I like her " and we will return there any time we need to rent another UHAUL!! SHE DESERVES A RAISE!

David HThe furniture cart I reserved and paid for wasn’t in the truck. Apparently they don’t carry it at this location (she was nice and gave me a dolly instead - but I had to load it, etc by myself). The truck blew hot air! I’m sorry but we live in south Florida. When it’s 85 out and you’re sweaty from moving each trip to the storage unit; you want cold air. With manual windows; it was impossible to get to the passenger side of the truck. It was sooo hot!

I made the reservation on the phone and my wallet was not with me so I put the card that was available at the time. when I got there I wanted to change the card to pay, when the representative told him that he said to her that this person is a red flag because of that.And he continued to talk about me without even being there to understand what went down.
Wyler JJenny was exceptional to work with. Really appreciated all her help. Rental location professional, clean, very welcoming. Would have given a higher rating overall but collision damage waiver of $40 over a 24 hour period (picked it up 4pm one day, brought it back 4pm the next) is a total ripoff. Understand the profitability of selling this upcharge and grudgingly accept the $20 per day but to charge it twice in 24 hours is really absurd. Big detractor in UHaul rentals and will think about alternatives in the future as a result.
Jack MThe location was fine. The process of picking up the truck using the app is cumbersome. Asking for the alternative identity confirmation while in a parking lot doesn’t make sense. No one has their passport, lease agreement, or possibly someone to call that early / late in the day without notice. The renter should be made aware of this requirement before heading out to pick up the truck so they can be prepared. This added 30 minutes to my pickup that was supposed to be fast and convenient.

Johnathan SI believe my turn in of the vehicle was handled very well. On October 10, 2022 at around 11:00 am, I physically turned In the keys to the van to a Hydie and she did not even inspect the van. I then receive an invoice around 5:00 pm charging me $168.40 was an accident to the bumper. I did not have an accident in that van. I have been trying to contact the office but I keep getting voice message which I left 3 messages and still no return phone call about my rebuttal. I believe this is bad business and it leads me to assume this has happened before. I have requested photos of the damage, but have gotten that either. I am still waiting on a response. I am hoping through survey I can get one.
EDWARD BCustomer service was top notch. Heidi, the manager, was very professional and very knowledgeable. I had an smooth, excellent experience.
Cecilia VI received a tank less than full, I left the tank full when I submitted a dispute I was told I'd be contacted by a representative and I still have not been contacted. User before me did not follow the rules and left a less then empty tank and I follow the rules and am stuck with a higher gas bill. This is BS.
