Cameron GThe price was three times the amount it should have been to use the auto transport trailer from Georgia to Alabama. (I only drove 200 miles with it)I signed no paperwork and the deducted the amount from my account before calling me.
Robert CWhen I dropped the trailer off at the destination location nobody was there. I got a call from Uhaul two weeks later asking if I had dropped off the trailer. Obviously Uhaul has a problem tracking trailers and knowing where its inventory is. This is extremely inconvenient for customers. I am kind of surprised you are still in business with such a major systemic deficiency.

jennifer mI got charged twice two weeks after I returned uhual.
Gerald LAttendand arrived 15 minures late to open the location (which was supoosed to open at 9AM - as was my pick up appoinyment) which was a nuisance. Additionally the attendand seemed to have difficulties with the software and couldnt get anything to work properly. I ended uo spendibg 90 minutes picking up my equipment which should've raken no longer than 20 minutes. Meanwhile my movers had arrived at my home at 10 AM and had to wait for me to let them into the house. Needles to say i had to pay the 2 man crew for an additional hour. I was not impressed. On top of that the interior of the truck was just filthy.

mary mNo one there. Was closed cause it was on a Sunday when we dropped off the trailer.
lona pThe U-Haul trailers do not have a tongue jack and with the weight of these trailers, this is a problem, especially if the trailer is loaded and needs to be temporarily un-hitched. The trailers are well balanced and pull very well but the tongue is still very heavy.
Stephen AThe place to turn it in 5417 Tazewell Pike Road in Knoxville, was very rude and I was trying to explain something and he interrupted me, he must have had a bad day. He said to take my truck somewhere else. He was a foreign guy about 60. If you have a bad day, you don't take it out on someone else. The gentleman at Toccoa Ga. was a very professional guy that treated me like a customer.
joey hMr. Sheriff was very nice and helpful. This was not my first choice since it was across town from both my start and ending locations. I feel it would be better service to have trucks transported to the location chosen as preferred by customer, rather than adding additional miles that we are billed for. That is on U-Haul, not the providers themselves.
