Lana CI am more comfortable with a paper contract and a paper bill. The receipt and rules and requirements online were so tiny and I was unable to enlarge them. It said to print and sign the receipt but I don't have a printer. Be more specific on what to do when you return the truck and the gates are locked. Like, how do we get in?

Rick DHard to find location. U-Haul charges for mileage overage was incorrect but location was helpful with credit. Customer service was great but I was not impressed by U-Haul’s communication or the app process. I may not use U-Haul again in the future. Someone should contact me and hear my concerns.

Mark WThere was no one there when we dropped off, which wasn’t a big deal. We did the check in online and that was great. But we couldn’t find a drop box for the keys, which caused a lot of confusion. We spent extra time contacting UHaul customer service. Had to leave the keys in an unlocked truck, which wasn’t ideal.

Jason bClean the truck! There was garbage and old potato chips scattered in cab of truck. Then I was charged for 6 gallons of gas, which is funny as I only drove 39 miles AND I filled up the gas dank prior to turning in. I’ve left messages at this location to discuss my refund of fraudulent charges, not surprisingly I’m not getting a return call. Guess I’ll have to contact my credit card to contest charges.

Chris HThe girl that helped me was appeared bothered I was even there. I had to ask her if she was ok or if I was bothering her. It was weird and made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Spending $300 on a trailer was hard enough to swallow but to feel completely unwelcome made me wish I had spent my money somewhere else. Which I will next time.
Neil BEquipment worked well for my needs. I took the trailer back the same day rather than the next day because I finished with it sooner than I than I thought I would. I arrived at about 5:15pm and no one was there. I dropped the trailer off and tried to get ahold of customer service by text with no reply. I then tried to call and waited on hold for about 45 minutes with no answer. I then attempted to use the chat feature but after several minutes I left the computer for a few minutes and when I came back the chat had responded by sending me a copy of the contract. I already had that! I went back the next morning at 7:30 am when they opened and the guy had no information about the trailer being returned. He thank me for coming by and letting him know and said he would report as being returned. This is the third time I have rented this equipment from U-Haul in the last year or so. Customer service should be staffed adequate. Rating would be POOR for that part of my experience.

Shaun MThere was no clear marked place to drop off the keys and I ended up having to lock them in the car. Nobody was in the office or anywhere near it. Nobody spoke English or could direct me to where the U-Haul drop off was and it felt unsafe and was not well lit. No one knew what I was talking about when I asked about the U-Haul even though there was a row of them parked.
