Dale RI will never use the app again for a mobile check in or check out. It’s cumbersome and not user friendly. I could have walked in and had my keys in minutes, 20 minutes later, I was still figuring out that choosing “done” just kept taking me back to the beginning to start over. The same was true when I returned my truck. Luckily the clerk at the location was kind enough to let me know that I was all set. Because the app kept making me start over. Stop trying to make computers take over. Let your people do their job. They’re pretty darn good at it.

PHYLLIS PService was good as usual, but the back of the truck was covered in white powder from dry wall. I was wearing all black, packing up my DJ gear which is also all black for a wedding. Everything was covered in this white powder and just looked filthy. Had I known it would have been dirty like this I would have just opted to get a different truck.

PHELIX VShines Auto definitely a Top-Notch Customer Service provider! We went to pickup and they took us through every step and ensured all was correct! Vehicle was explained totally and made sure all questions were answered. Shines Auto Uhaul also explained bringing back drop off procedures, very helpful information. We returned our rental, again Shone Auto greeted us as family and checked us in quickly, getting us back on road to home. We’d like to Thank Shines Auto for making our first UHaul experience a success and for showing excellent Customer Service which is rare these days. We Definitely Recommend Shines Auto and All their Services!

STEPHEN CI requested a specific size and got one smaller than I wanted so I hate to make multiple trips, they told me mileage was $.79 and I had to pay$.99, I wish they would have told me they didn’t have the right size Of truck so I could look elsewhere
