I think your price on the mileage is terrible. it does not have to be that high. I didn't want to buy the truck I just wanted to move with it. Thank You. Maybe you want to reconsider your mileage charge. But your trucks are very clean and do drive nice.Thanks again.

Nothing, but thank God for the employee working in storage. BC the online/app feature was a long confusing and frustrating. She kept me calm and helped me through the process. I suggest others to see if they can come the day before to do paperwork then try the mobile pickup.

I absolutely hated the online check-in process. I needed to change from my husband driving to me and I had to go through ALOT to do that. I would much rather work with someone in person. What if my phone had died? What if I didn't even have a smartphone. It was not convenient really. I stood out by the truck and cried trying to figure out how to cancel my reservation and restart and everything I had already done had to be redone. Very inconvenient.
