Appointment was for 9 am, no one showed up until 9:40 am. Then computer did not work took another 35 minutes to finish registration. After I returned the trailer later that afternoon, no receipt of return was provided nor and told it would come via e-mail. No email; instead got several Uhaul emails asking me if I had returned the trailer. That went on for 2 days finally after about 4-5 days received an email with receipt. Was not a professional experience.
