For the second time using the app, my pick up location was moved on the day of pick up. I booked a truck literally around the corner from my house and the pickup location was moved to a location 10 miles from where I wanted to pick up. To add frustration, I went to the place where I was supposed to pick up the truck and it was there, ready to be picked up, but I was not able to obtain it. I signed a contract that said if my contract was altered by UHaul, I will be paid $50. I expect to hear back from someone about compensation. I will do my best to avoid using UHaul ever again.

Check out went well. Bent rim on the trailer. Return was not great. Their Uhaul system was down so I was not able to get a receipt showing I only rented for a day. I was told don't worry we will take care of it. The following day my card was billed for two days instead of one. Called that eve and was in hold for over 5 min with no help. Called back the next day and was on hold for over 15 min. Store worker said she would look into to getting fixed and would call me back. No follow up since. Also no credit to my card. When the truck was picked up it had dirt in the back and I had to sweep it out. But overall it was a very friendly experience and I will be renting a truck at a later date.

I've rented uhaul vehicles and trailers several times. And also from this location once or twice. This time I had too long of a time waiting for them to sign up for the trailer. The customer registering at the desk went through the same process I'm about to describe, and didn't even have a driver's license and wasted all that time. The clerk should check first thing to see if the customer is eligible to rent a vehicle. When it was my turn, the process was terribly slow. The young man seemed not to be able to navigate the computer system with any speed. And then when trying to photograph my license, it took many efforts to upload because the cell reception was so poor. They need to get better cell reception in the building. The young fellow that met me at the trailer to hook it up did not check the lights until I called him back to do it. He also did not secure the rubber safety catches on the safety chains at all. This is pretty poor service that needs to be corrected by training. The best person I have dealt with there is a young lady named Blue. She was quick, thorough and totally safety minded with the connection of the trailer to my Cherokee Latitude. I won't rent from them again unless she's there, or there is nothing else available.

Convenient location for me, but NOBODY wears a mask. Pandemic might not mean anything to Shoppers but it does to some at risk people. AZ is the hot spot on this planet. incredible ignorance.....

Gas tank was almost empty. Lucky I made it to the gas station to fill tank. Mileage indicator showed rear tire pressure was low and could not easily get picture of actual mileage, which starting mileage was incorrect. App would not allow me to finish checking unit back in and had to utilize attendant to check in. Whole process was unpleasant.

There was only one person trained on the Uhaul computer and that person did not show up for work. After waiting for about 20 minutes for them to perform the paperwork by phone. I was able to pick up the Uhaul truck quite late and I was paying movers to help. So I ended up paying the movers to stand around for a half hour! The movers did a great job loading but I ended up on the road an hour late and I had to wait an extra day to get the truck unloaded at my destination because I had to reschedule.

We are requesting further adjustment to the amount we paid for this rental truck . It was the worst experience we have ever had especially during this time of Covid-19. We had to bleach the cab before we could get in and use our lawn blower to blow out the box before we could load anything. Also part of the rubber on the drivers side windsheild came off while driving on the interstate causing us to pull off to the side of the road. When we went online to reserve the truck the total price included the auto tow equipment but we were charged separately and we had to go two different locations to get each piece . When we arrived in Texas, the person at the location wanted to refuse it.

When I dropped off I didn't get a printed receipt. They said they'd email it to me and I never got it so i went back later, they called uhaul and was told uhaul would email it to me. It took several hours but it came in the middle of the night.

We picked up the first dolly, and found a lighting issue. So, the attendant didn't hesitate to swap us to a different, nicer unit to get us on our way. The People at the pick up location where Awesome!

Kept being run around for drop off and no one told us to go to Shoppers a store in Aoache Junction to drop off. So over hour driving up and down Aoache Junction trying to find Uhaul. No advertisement no signage to tell client where Uhaul was located

When I was backing the trailer I hit a bump and trailer came disconnected The new style hitch that do not use a safety locking pin or bolt is very unsafe

A Toyota Tacoma just barely fits on a Auto Transport Dolly. And if it has Factory Performance Wheels/Tires installed, the wheel straps won't go around the Tires. Need to get longer straps for these types of situations

The guy who checked me in was very unfriendly and the reason I wouldnt rent again. the trailer was dirty and full of glas and dirt. The guy who served me on return was the opposite and was super friendly and helpful.

Not to double book equipment. It all ended up working out, but frustrating when you show up at the appropriate time and then your saved equipment is not there. Computer problems maybe, but could have turned out bad. Glad it all ended up working out with the guy showing up with the right equipment we had requested. Customer service was great though trying to help resolve the issue and work with us on getting our needs taken care of.

Hire new people, the guy acted like we were bothering him, so slow. The lights did not work and he didnt care, we never did get them working.

I wanted to drop the trailer off at a different location than the location I picked it up at and that was never put in on the contract. So the location I wanted to drop it off at wanted to charge me $249 for the mess up. So I then instead had to drive 30 min to drop it off at the location I rented it from and another 30 min home. When I could have drove it 5 min from my house. When we got to the location to pick up my vehicle to tow it home one of the tires was flat on the trailer so we had to air it up before we left the location to tow my car home. I won't be using this location again.

Please have the staff know how to properly charge for service, as well as be able to operate the register correctly. While well meaning, the person who helped me did things incorrectly and caused a lot of confusion and overcharged me. Thank you to U-Haul for helping to straighten out the mess.
