Uhaul is who messed up! Not the location, uhaul cancelled our reservation, not sure why? One hour later after booking another reservation to get the truck uhaul still wouldn't approve? Thank god for the location and their patience for waiting 45 minutes after they closed! Uhaul needs some serious help and organization! I got transferred over 5 times and still couldn't get an answer, luckily the location honored our word and conformation or we would still be waiting! Ridiculous!Alan S.
I rented from this location over a month ago and they charged my account almost $300 for damages to the truck. Damages that I DID NOT CAUSE! How is it that they've just noticed damages a month later?! Just another group of low-lifes SCAMMING innocent people!!!Miriam T.

The location was closed when I went there. They did not check when I was coming to pick the truck. I waited over 45 minutes and the person came to give me the keys. Moreover, the phone number does not work.NIshanth G.

We arrived at the rental location at our pick-up time (9am) to find no one there. We were unable to contact anyone as the number is listed as â€œno longer availableâ€. No one arrived for 40 minutes, though they did eventually reach out to me to inform me they were running late. Please note, your Field Manager, Justin, was very helpful through all this. Thanks to him, my overall opinion of Uhaul is good; however, I would not suggest that pick-up location.Linda N.
I turned in my rental truck on Saturday around noon with 1/3 tank of gas. I got the truck around 1:30 pm on Friday. When I received my invoice it showed I did not return it until Sunday with 1/4 tank of gas. I will say the lady attendant was very nice and polite. I'm just disappointed about the extra day charge and the gas. I ended up needing only 1 day not two.Walter G.

I read somewhere that they would call 24 hours in advance to confirm, and they did not. I called because I was concerned about the trailer being there since I didn't get a phone call, know one answered.Diane D.

First we were not given a hard copy of our rental contract which turned into an issue when we went to turn in the truck in Jacksonville, AL. Second we were told to turn in the truck clean, but the cab was full of food crumbs and clearly the trailer was not sweep out.Garry C.

There was a cigarette burn in the seat that was not disclosed to me or, on the paper when I received the truck. My account was charged twice for the truck an, it took multiple times of me calling an another uhaul employee from a different location to get that extra charge refunded to me. As this was my first time renting a truck, I didn't realize that I was suppose to a paper contract or one should have been emailed to me I did not get that until after I returned the truck at my new location and that guy sent it to me. Overall the guys at Show room were nice, but there were some mishaps that could have been avoidedCatherine E.
