Where do I start first The employee releasing the van rental to me was not wearing a face mask ðŸ˜·ðŸ˜¡ Second the van was very nasty food stains pet hair all over the place I literally had to put a piece of cardboard on the seat to drive it plus roll down both windows just to breathe the smell was so strong ðŸ¤¢drive to my house and disinfect and clean the van myself!! even then the smell was still horrible in there I didn't feel comfortable in there at all so I put garbage bags over the seats just to be able to drive the truck the smell was a horrible and persistent it lingered the entire time I will not rent from this location again I will only use a legitimate U-Haul facilityLATASHA M.

The uhaul app was not working. The staff at the BP got me taken care of but this took 30 minutes at pick up and 25 minutes at drop off. Staff was great, but the technology failed to make this an efficient process.WILLIAM S.
We tried the online registration and pickup for almost an hour. That was absolutely pathetic. Luckily, the owner of the station we picked up at was phenomenal and did everything he could to get things taken care of.Bill H.

The location and the owner are great! It was SO nice to have a choice of 3 new, clean cargo vans. The only â€˜complaint' is that I - and other customers - had to wait 20 minutes until the U-Haul site that the rental goes through came back online (4/17/21 12:15 pm CST) The owner was helpless but very apologetic & terrific to work with. If you can figure out how to stop your system from crashing. you're in the wrong position.ðŸ˜‰THOMAS N.

Your app is a mess, i had to enter my drivers license number 4-5 times in different screens, i had to add front and back license pictures probably 6 times in the process of getting this rental. You need to find a better and faster way of doing this. I will not do it again.Matt W.

I rented a furniture dolly, which they never produced when I came to pick up the truck. I was lucky I was able to borrow one from a friend. If I had not been able to do that I would not been able to continue the move I had planned for the day because U-Haul did not supply me with the dolly that I had rented. Communication with the person in charge at the BP was very difficult because of language, although he seem to be very pleasantMichael L.

Quick pick up and drop with the Uhaul processDavid S.
The location was fine but the whole process was a pain. We paid extra for pads and there were none. Of course the guy at the gas station can't help because it's not his deal, it's uhauls (can't be mad at BP). Reference checks and photos were a pain. Our driver was currently awaiting a new physical license but the temporary one given to him by the DMV wasn't adequate apparently. All of this lead a half hour check in and no time was added to our rental time to make up for the 30 minutes lost due to jumping through hoops.Daniel L.
Working with Navin Patel was the best part of my U-HAUL experience. U-HAUL made many errors on my moving day, which made things very stressful. Navin was able to get me a van and hold it for me until I was able to get to his location.Lisa B.

I specifically asked multiple times to pick up at a location with someone knowledgeable of the car tow that could quickly teach me how to use it. You sent me to a gas station. It was their first time renting a car tow, and I wound up burning over an hour learning and teaching him. He was very friendly and a rock star at putting me at ease despite the frustrating situation. The error was on corporate's end, not his. The rest of the move went very well. Despite the initial frustration, I was still very happy with Uhaul over all.BRIAN M.

In general, the vans need a hand strap or some type of safety bracket to assist getting in and out both the side and rear doors. I would prefer not to crawl into the van.Cindy B.
