This was not my intended pick up location. I arrived at my location and there were NO trucks available. I had to drive further away and use extra miles due to the booking being such a mess and when I informed the representative of this she stated they did not comp mileage on in town rentals. This entire experience has been the worst I've had and I've rented from U-Haul often.

Inside the door handles had garbage in them. There was candy and garbage in the seats. On Saturday when I went to pick up the truck and trailer they did not have the trailer which I made a reservation for and needed it to move to Seattle, Washington. This was a great inconvenience and cost me a lot of money to get my car to Seattle.

Sierra Yard is an excellent company, good people. However uhaul sucks. I had a trailer reserved that you rented out from under me causing me to rent a truck that cost me 200 more than I needed to spend. Oh and expecting me to drive 60 miles to pick up and return the next closest trailer is asinine. Again, you suck.

Make sure the vehicles are cleaned before renting out. We had to clean the interior, wash the windows and mirrors so we could drive it. It was gross.

I returned the trailer at before noon on Saturday 3/14/2020 at around 11:00am the guy that helped me said I'm all good to go since I'm on time. My contract # 21988162 due date is 3/14/2020 11:00am days allowed 3. See the attached contract. I picked up the trailer on Wed 3/11/2020 at the El Camino Location in San Jose Why did they Sierra pioneer California charge me for 2 extra days! This is fraudulent please reverse this charge of $59.10.

If you are going to utilize a location for mobile check-ins, your company should make sure that the location is in a spot where there is cell phone service. Also, this location is in Pioneer but our "preferred" location was in Pine Grove, which was further away from our new home.

The guy I picked up the vehicle from was great, but a different person was like I was wasting is time. I didn't want to give we a written receipt for the rental and when the did print out he also threw the receipt at me. Not a thank you for the business or and holiday kiss me ass or anything. He doesn't like his job.

When we got to the designated location we were told we had to go to another location 4 miles away (same owner?) to drop off because there wasn't room at this yard and there was nobody there to check us in. Also, we dropped off Sunday but my receipt says Tuesday???

Availability of equipment near me was awful. The location I picked up from was an hour away. I live close to a city with at least 15 u haul locations. I was not happy the local stores did not have the equipment.

Still waiting to see how this billing pans out but as of now my card has been charged a $20 down, $90 hold and a $113 total charge resulting in my card being charged double and overdrafted. Not sure whats going on but would like this issue rectified

I made a reservation on line for what I needed at a different location. When I arrived to pick up my truck it wasn't ready and no one was on site and no way of getting the keys. So I call Sierra yard and they were able to help me very nice people.

The company tried to direct me to a return location 10 miles further away. I simply ignored their directions and returned it to the location nearest my home. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH-LOCATION SCAM!

Fuel was low although I did get a credit it was inconvenient to have to put gas in right away. Truck smelt like cigarettes but all in all I needed a truck and can't complain too much cause it got the job done in the end!

Billy was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond by taking out the appliance dolly and putting it in the back of the truck. In addition, he drove the truck up to the front and had the heater on full blast. I prefer to rent from this location as Billy is very friendly, the location is convenient and they always have what I need. Thank You.

The location was changed so I had to take a bigger truck to stay at my location. Then uhaul called me and asked me to drop it at a different location because a customer needed the truck. I agreed, but asked for them to email or text the address for the drop off location. They never did. I googled Auburn and Morrison, but several locations appeared. I finally figured it out, but it was frustrating. I was exhausted and I was doing uhaul a favor. The least they could have done was send me the address. My pick up location was excellent, but uhaul dropped the ball.

Again the vehicle was not clean inside driver side floor and door which I would attribute to the dusty dirt from the area. I am upset that I was charged a cleaning fee of $25 that needs to be removed from my credit card as I had received the truck dirty and thus returned it as is.

I reserved an Auto Transport for a 1973 Chevy Blazer. The pick up location was 17 miles from where the Blazer was located. I picked it up, but when I went to load it the trailer was not wide enough. I had to go back and get a trailer that was wide enough. Adding 34 miles and and hour I didn't plan for nor wanted to travel. The person at the pick up location was very apologetic.

I had to drive 16 miles from my home and the original booking point to pick up the truck, and then I was charged an additional 5 mile - mileage fee at the end of the truck use! Seems unfair and unjustified. I will question use uf U-Haul in the future. Additionally, the vagueness of the « truck gas tank ‘half-full' is not comfortable for me. I prefer to pu a truck that is full and return it so.

We did not return the vehicle to this site. Were told where we could return it, but proved to be a hassle. When went to site to return it, were told we needed an appointment before they could take it. Frustrating and confusing after being told all we had to do was return it to any U Haul location. We had names of two who would not let us return the vehicle to them. Lack of correct information. Suggest telling customers they need to call the locations before going there to drop off vehicle. An inexperienced driver would have a problem maneuvering at some sites.
