The location and phone number left in the voicemail and message from Uhaul had the wrong address and phone number. I had to look on the website to get the correct one.

I was not in a hurry, they simply DID NOT HAVE a pair of pliers to undue the c-clamp. They also DID NOT HAVE anyone available to assist me with the connection of the trailer to the truck. I had to figure out how to back-up the truck to match to the hitch on the trailer and attempt to connect the trailer with zero assistance. No safety check was completed to check for lights or anything, I did not know how to connect the plug for the lights and again they DID NOT HAVE anyone available to assist me. I was told this multiple times. The trailer did fall off the truck when I went over the train tracks. Thankfully there were some gentlemen available to assist me with making a proper connection. I thought I had to go buy a trailer adapter for the lights to work, but these friendly folks who just happened to be in the right place at the right time were able to assist me. Bottom line for me was to let you know that if anyone needs a trailer and if this Sign a Rama dealer doesn't have anyone to assist, they should NOT BE RENTING Trailers. Major safety issue, at least it was for me.

They should post a sign inside by the front door to help people from out of town figure out where to go or who to talk to, as there was no one in the entry area. There wasn't even a bell on the counter, just one person yelling from another room telling me to watch my step. Which, at that moment, I didn't even realize they were talking to me, so it was awkward.

We were hit with a gas charge even though we only drove truck less than 10 miles and put a gallon of gas back in the tank. When we questioned this we were told it is in our contract to verify how much gas is in truck when we first get in it. We didn't think to do that and then were hit with the charge. It is disappointing policy that doesn't give us the benefit of the doubt and will definitely cause us to shop other rental companies in the future. We think we should have been given benefit of the doubt in our situation.
