It wasn’t friendly or inviting. Very confusing process. I’ve dealt with Uhaul alot and this was my worse experience

I repeatedly told the Uhaul dealer that I only wanted the Uhaul ONE WAY & that I wasn’t coming back to Macon. I get to Locust Grove, unload the truck, only to realize that he still had me down for the Macon drop off. Called to get a proper drop off location, which seemed to take forever for him to find. My uncle got tired of waiting & decided that we can just take it to the closest Uhaul dealer. Get there, only to have to go through a whole 45 minute process because for whatever reason, my account was not in the system. Ended up leaving with no final receipt & was assured that I’d get an emailed receipt the next day with all details & the final cost. Still waiting for that receipt almost a whole week later. Truck cost $123 at the Macon location, I’m unsure if that’s an accurate cost, but I went on and paid it to get the truck. VERY DISAPPOINTED & I honestly think I deserve a refund for the inconveniences ??

You need to improve on communication between customer and Uhaul rep in regards to hours of business, as well as procedures to follow during site closings.

Everything was as expected. It would be convenient to pick up trucks that were full of gas and then we could fill them back up. It is difficult to estimate how much gas has to be put back in the truck.

Truck was parked on a hill. Therefore, the gas gauge was off. He charged me for gas when I put more than it had when I received it. Wouldn’t budge with me. The guy working there was very unfriendly. I was also charged mileage when all I did was drive it from the pickup location, to the house to load, then to the destination. Please call me. 256-783-0582

I was charged for 223 when that’s not the distance I went on the truck, the walk through for mileage check wasn’t preformed before I left the lot. Also my rental time was pushed back a hour due to the store was closed for lunch

Sign City was absolutely amazing! They provided excellent service all around. The manger Maurice went above and beyond trying to help with changing my location dropoff. I truly appreciate the southern hospitality of Georgia!

I was overcharged and the owner did not know what he was doing. He told me to return it to a different location, and that was incorrect. charged me for fuel when I returned it with more than it had when I picked it up. I was double charged for safe move. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
