JUDY MCCLAMROCKTruck had 3 to 4 inches of play in the steering wheel. Driving a Ford truck. Normally you can hold the slop to one side of the other that was unable to do with this truck. I ended up on a back road that was only 8 feet wide, which is the width of the truck. Even on 12 foot DOT lanes I was unable to hold straight in a lane. I have driven large trucks, large mud trucks, and items that have had front end issues with them. Had someone else with less experience driving things that have front end issues. It would’ve been a bad situation because they would have lost that truck into a ditch. That vehicle , that was rented to us was an unsafe condition. The drop off location was told to red tag the truck. I would be curious to know what you and your company repaired on the front end of that vehicle because I know it needed repairs. I would also , like a credit for leasing, renting me something that was unsafe to drive. When we first initially picked the vehicle up, it was only 1.2 miles to the house we were moving from then we loaded it and then as soon as I got on a 45 mile an hour road, I noticed the issues and it was an over one and a half hour drive that I had to deal with these issues to keep myself and the general public safe due to your unsafe equipment

JUDY MCCLAMROCKThere is a different business within the UHaul rental desk. As soon as you walk in, you are overwhelmed by awful, almost gagging smells of the new tenants' products. I had to cover my mouth and nose the entire time. The extremely helpful Agent was a trooper, but I couldn't get outside fast enough. It's unfortunate because it is a convenient location. HELP!

Patricia LeopoldLocations need to have hand trucks, blankets and other supplies offered to a customer. This location did not have either, although a hand truck became available the day of pickup. Only 6 blankets were available.

LISA COLEEquipment was clean and in good condition, but the Right side tires were under inflated. Left side tires were 57 psi, but the Right side tires were around 40 psi.

Karen BennettMy truck reservation last Friday was a complete fail on U-Haul's end! The rep in the store when.picking the truck up said he didn't have any pads-I argued with him and told him someone should have notified me of being out of protective blankets (pads) and I would've booked with Penske or Ryder as they have never been short on pads, equipment, or anything! He said he couldn't refund my rental-reservation because I didn't do so in time (24 hrs. notice). Are you kidding.me, U-Haul failed me as I couldn't go forward with my local move without protection for my furniture. Ryan contacted me to offer me a $10 credit on my already paid bill for blankets they didn't have for me on Friday(3 dozen is what I was charged for, but received "0")!! Bunch of idiots here, this will continue to escalate, I promise until someone takes care of my full refund for U-Haul's oversight and rudeness! sm

Told me to just leave it and wished me a good day at 12:30. However, my truck was checked in 9 minutes late, at 1:39, which also may have added to the extra expenses charged.

MICHAEL LawYour app you sent didn't work for me. Took pictures of a lage dent on the roof of truck and paint scuffs on the front bumper. App would not download them and allow me to continue. Made renter aware of the issue and was advised it was not a problem. Other than that all good.

I had to find another location. Disappointed that no one contacted me in advance. Lost an hour and had to drive total of 24 extra miles. Second location apologized and they were good. Overall - one bad, one good, I'll go average
