Guy running this place charge my debit card 3 times also someone changed by drop off location. Every time I use U-Haul it's always something. I will now buy a trailer and not EVER use U-Haul again. BAD customer service all around.LOUIS K.

The 1st truck was making arcing noise like electric issues, so we were upgraded to bigger truck. During our trip we discovered several problems with it. The wiper decided to break on the drivers side during a rain storm, it too bad electric issues as the drivers side headlight flickers, the passenger side tail light flickered on and off as you brake, and would go down to one LED. The air conditioner only worked part of the time and the check engine light was intermittent.Christina G.

1 - Check wipers before issue out truck 2 - Why do all license and credit card online if I'm gonna have to present them at pick up 3 - Not have the new guy as the only on working, he had to call the store manager numerous times to get me taken care of. 4 - it shouldn't take over an hour to pick up a truck 5 - I was overcharged 2550 miles and had to call to correct the charge on my credit card 6 - Store and area managers should be helpful and store manager should not curse while on the phone with customers.James B.
The phone number listed on the paper redirected me to three other phone numbers. It was like a number loophole. After finally being directed to the final phone number, still had no answer. Then when arriving to said place after not being able to contact anyone, the guy tells me he didn't recognize my number on his phone and decided not to answer. I'm sorry, if you're running a business maybe try and answer all phone calls? And follow up on all accounts? Barbaric. Then tells me I didn't need to fill the gas, and I clearly wasn't given "good directions"VICTORIA B.
