Improve the online Experience. My rental and return were very difficult online. In fact when I returned to vehicle on 1/03/24 The website would not accept The online paperwork And when it said just to push the button. To proceed It never registered the vehicle as being in the proper place. I received an email that said my vehicle had not been returned. I contacted the 800 number a couple of times finally, the area manager got involved and cleared everything up and had it returned on the proper day.

The woman inside the location did not know anything about uHaul. She was a dry cleaner. She gave me a contact phone # but no one ever answered or returned my message.

MARLENE FIEDLEROverall UHAUL is a good service. The Location is convenient and comfortable. I had 10am pickup but didn't get through till almost noon ( the rep came late - apologizing profusely and offered to extend my rental time ). The Unit was overall clean but looking on the seat you could see it crumbs/sand. That didn't bother me much but what did were the young roaches that seem to live inside the vehicle. They came from the headliner mostly and a few - yes there were a good amount (I killed 4) - were in the carriage area. Overall score 4/10 but that can change easily which is why I would recommend.

The parking lot has no cell service and when dropping off I had to walk out of the parking lot after each picture to continue of it would go online and make me start the drop off procedure all over again, Very frustrating.

And now there’s a $20 charge for them to review the truck? If not you have to spend 15 minutes taking pictures when you drop it off. Terrible. Never again

In turn, he did not bring the truck out of the parking garage and I had to complete all of the pre-work to drive the vehicle myself. The vehicle parking location was terrible. Lastly, customer service was very poor.

The rep was extremely pleasant and polite and easy to reach over the phone. That made the experience even better. I will most definitely continue to use this location for my Uhaul needs.

Mohammed PanwalaThe Parking Garage ceiling is is literally inches from the roof of the van, you have to maneuver around the hanging exits signs. Vans are parked on the 3rd floor of the garage, keys are on the first floor around the corner of the Garage.
