This location is not where I had originally requested pick up. It is not the safest of places in Milwaukee which is why I would not recommend to a friend. Once driving away, we noticed that the AC in the truck was broken and the duck work fell out within 10 miles of driving. I called uhaul immediately and still have not gotten a response.Rachel W.

Gas Station attendant seemed like he had no idea what he was doing to process the Uhaul order. Wasn't even supposed to need to go inside because I selected the 24/7 service. Took too long getting the keys. Overall, just unorganized and a scary environment for pick up. I also requested the Uhaul pick up in Menomonee Falls and got located here instead. Never againDaniel T.

Not a safe area and difficult time picking up rental no signs to go into store or if it was contactless. The 15' Truck received, check engine light was on and sounded like I was revving up a motorcycle the whole time I drove the truck. Being my first time renting a 15' Truck, I thought it was suppose to be that loud. The week prior I rented the cargo van and everything was smooth, so I hoping the process would be similar. I did receive a discount on mileage due to the original location booked had issues contacting the previous renters for keys/vehicle return.Nakia J.

Just stumped me with the rental price. But overall we'll use them again because it's convenient and in close proximity to the locations of where we have to move our items. But would like for the proprietors to be more personable when it comes to remembering people that have rented from them a few times as well maybe give a discount to frequent renters (we're Pastor's and we had to move items/furnishings to and from church and really would have appreciated even a small discount based on we're a religious organization and again frequent renters)JOSUE A.

My original pickup store was not this location. It should have been the Pilgrim Rd location and it was switched the day we were to pick up the truck. Location we picked up from was fine, but didn't appreciate having to switch that morning and learning about it at the location we chose in the original reservation.CRAIG F.
I dont generally recommend such services and let friends make their own decisions. While the truck I rented was clean and did the job, it was beyond loud...as if there was no muffler. I literally wore a noise-cancelling headset the entire drive as I do not think my ears would have survived 2 hours with such an intense sound. Cruise control would also make renting a truck a more positive experience.Conrad F.
Location was a one man conveniance gas station. The man was competant and did a fine job, but there were many interruptions to get the truck. However, it was done right, and I allowed plenty of time. Truck was clean, and in good condition. Having the gas pumps right there was a plus also for turn in. There was no real turn in other than gas up and hand in the keys. My receipt was on line nad came in a bit under the estimate.carl D.

I made a reservation to pick up a truck in Waukesha and my reservation for pick up was changed to this location. I also had requested a dolly, and there was no dolly in the truck. They expected me to pick up the dolly at the original pick up site.Brian M.
The man said he couldn't help me at first. I was supposed to be guaranteed my rental for the truck at 4pm and even checked in online to make the process faster and the man stated he didn't know what to do he had to call someone. I got my rental at 4:20pm way beyond the time I was supposed to get it and still charged $77 for piss poor service and was late picking up my stuff. Really upset with everything!SALEM E.

I did an online rental and checked in via my phone. When advised to go into store and ask for keys, attendant would not give keys to me and advised me that the system said I was returning the truck. He called uhaul and had the original reservation canceled although I already received an authorization for it. He wanted to do another authorization which I didn't want. After an hour and a half of dealing with this, ended up using another credit card for authorization and payment. When talking to Jessica at customer service she said I would recieve a voucher for $20 that could be used to assist in payment of this issue. This was never received. Poor experience, very poor follow up.Joseph W.

The man at the store, while trying to do his best, clearly had not done the check in process many times. It took 45 minutes to get my truck. He was on the phone with Uhaul almost the entire time as they walked him through the process. Returning the vehicle was the same type of problems in reverse. He was trying to charge me for over twice the mileage I had put on the vehicle Eventually the employee just sent me away without completing the check in process and said he would call me. I wound up having to call U-Haul customer service, which was very unhelpful. Luckily while I was on the phone with customer service the man from the pickup location called and had completed the check in process and got the charges correct. This is an extremely poor place for a pick-up/drop-off location. It is a very busy gas station/convenience store in a poor area of town. I have never seen more than one employee working there at any time so both the pick-up and drop-off processes where constantly interrupted by the employee having to deal with customers.At one point I had to stand aside while the employee processed over 10 transactions from gas station customers. The employee was helpful, but not knowledgeable, and the place was understaffed. Frankly it was a terrible experience. The nearby Currie Park location is much better but they didn't have any 10 or 15 foot trucks available. I would suggest getting rid of this location and do more out of the Currie Park location.david V.
I rented this truck for a move that was 16 miles each way and weeks later get a new receipt for 78 miles on the truck. Im not exactly sure what happened, but something was clearly done wrong and it seems im stuck paying for it. I've emailed back but have heard nothing.Earl L.
Notify the independent dealer that the rental is scheduled. It took a long time to get keys and confirmation that I had rented the truck. They also required me to give them my DL to take a picture of in addition to the ones I did through the mobile appMaribeth B.

The attendant at the gas station didn't know anything about the vehicle. I asked if it was USB capable and he said yes sure but it wasn't . I would suggest uhaul do a better way of communicating what is in their trucks. Not sure if I missed it but there wasn't a ramp and my 75 year old father in law was jumping up and down when helping. I made a reservation and did the express checkout online. It took a few minutes to find the location since it wasn't a regular haul store. I only knew the gas station was the spot because of the parked u-haul trucks. The guy kept asking for our information and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. They finally called a u-haul rep. The gas station worker was nice but It took 50 minutes to actually get my truck. It threw off my day and I didn't get everything done in time to catch my flight last night. I do not recommend mobile locations.Stefnee R.

The check engine light was on when we picked it up. There was garbage left over from previous rental. The rate that was quoted over the phone was NOT what we were charged.
