I originally had a truck reserved at AAAA Auto and truck site but when I went there to pick it up they let one of the employees use the truck and it was not returned for my rental date so they did not have one that size but offered me a larger one but I would have to pay more. I heard the lady tell someone that I was a nightmare. VERY disappointed with that site but Dana at Simple Storage took great care of me. She was very professional and helpful!!!!!

I reserved a 10 foot truck for June 20. My husband arrives there is. No truck available althoughThere were two trucks sitting in the lot. Somehow we had gotten bumped out of the system even though we had a reservation number. So on Wednesday, four days later I received another truck by phone for 930 on Saturday June 27. I confirmed this with the gentleman on the phone. However on Friday, June 26 I receive an email stating that we had been moved to 430 the following afternoon. The only problem with that was our help was coming in the morning to help my husband. Again there were several trucks sitting in the lot but he was told he couldn't rent one because they were all reserved. The same excuse as the week before. Well, I made some phone calls and my husband was really aggravated and they finally rented us another truck. And we were charged Over $49. They should have given us the truck. Dana the woman who actually ended up helping my husband went beyond the call of duty but we have been using U-Haul since 1997 moving back-and-forth from Tulsa Oklahoma to Rossville Georgia several times. While I am here to tell you that this is the last time we will ever use UHall. How does the same person get bumped out of the system twice in two weeks? I am very dissatisfied and will not ever recommend this company to anyone ever again. Jerald and Terri Caldwell

The 1-800-go uhaul people I spoke to when I rented suck. They double booked my truck and left me without a truck. I had to drive 20 miles extra outside of where I needed because of their screw up. However the lady I got on the phone helped and the young lady at the Simple Storage where they sent me was great as well! Those two get platinum stars. The 1-800 uhaul people get a negative 5 stars

I was charged for the rental insurance on the truck i rented in spite of the fact that I checked no when that screen came up. It added an extra 42.00 to my bill for a move that was only 5.5 miles away....unnecessary.

This is the second time we have used Simply Storage to rent a U-Haul and Clint has been wonderful to work with!! We plan on using them one more time to rent a U-Haul from them. Excellent service! Great customer service!

I tried using the mobile 24/7 option - it was a royal pain. Thankfully, Dana at the site was extremely helpful and got everything handled. I would recommend this site - but would not recommend using the mobile check-in - just deal with the helpful human on site.

You can hire pleasant people to deal with. Both locations I went to were not professional nor were they helpful. The guy at the Ringgold road location asked me what I wanted and wouldn't put his phone down long enough to tell me that they switched my reservation to a location 12 miles away. So, I had to pay for more the mileage just get the truck back into my side of town. They also forgot to tell me that i was paying $0.99 per mile, as opposed to the $0.79 per mile as previously agreed. Upon returning my rental at 4pm EST, there was nobody in the office and no signs telling me otherwise. Very unprofessional and the best words I can use are just STUPID and INCONVENIENT. Filled tank to same level as when I picked up.Read half full and returned at same level.Was told to park truck and he would check later.Then charged 6 dollars more for gas Will not ever use this facility again.

I was charged a mystery fee on top of the the rental plus a few extra miles I never used. I was never called to confirm total fee increase. Never signed anything. Will not go here again.

The pickup and drop off procedures were easy and fast. The customer service at Simple Storage was fantastic! I tried to check the truck back in using my phone but when I had an issue, Dana had already fixed the problem for me. I would recommend Simple Storage to anyone in Fort Oglethorpe needing a U-Haul truck.

This location needs a couple more 10' box trucks to improve flexibility. This is the best spot to rent from. Mr. Cooper is very friendly and efficient. He made my rental safe and enjoyable.

The worker who tried to assist us couldn't find my name for the return, and asked multiple times if I was sure I was supposed to return the truck at that location, though I showed him the app saying the truck was to be returned there. Then, he said, “ok, we'll you wait in the office while I move the truck. He took the keys, drove the truck around the parking lot (with the emergency brake on, causing a bad screeching sound), and parked it in the exact same spot we had left it. When he got back in the office, he still looked confused, but I finished the return through the app before he had a chance to figure anything out.

This was the 2nd location of the morning. I tried to use 24/7 @ another location and that was the worst experience ever and based on this experience I would never use uhaul or recommend uhaul to a friend. Customer service was zero help.

Dropped off after hours The service coming directly from U-Haul itself was extremely frustrating: 1. I was kept on hold for up to 20-30 minutes most of the times I called. And I had to call a lot. 2. The pick up location was 40 minutes away, one way. This had concerned us, given we only have so many miles and have to fill up the gas tank. 3. When I called to ask if our pick up could be closer, we were held on hold for so long we just went directly to a near-by U-Haul provider who called for us. They picked up for him immediately. 4. After we found out we could not change the pick up location, we called to find out if we would be compensated for the extra miles and time. The answer was essentially, "call back once you have your final bill". This is after having been on hold over 20 minutes. 5. The drop off location we were originally given did not exist. The "hold" recording seemed to suggest we could drop the truck off anywhere, so that is what we did. Afterward, I called again to confirm we'd done everything correctly and and was informed we could NOT drop the truck off at that location. Please note that the individuals I spoke with on the phone were always friendly, polite, and helpful.

It would be much, much better if you would allow a rental agreement that did not require you to keep the vehicle for four days. I did not need it for that long and would have appreciated a lower rate.

The facility and the employees were great and very prompt and courteous. However, I had made a reservation days prior for a trailer and was given a confirmation email for pickup on 5/28/19 for a location that no longer does U-Haul rentals! I finally found the 26' truck location but never was able to find the trailer. Ended up having to make a second reservation and take an additional day to pack. Upon arrival to this facility to pick up the trailer the U-Haul website wasn't working properly and it took almost an hour for the website to work to finalize the paperwork!

Katie was our customer service agent and the best that we have experienced in quite a while. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and pleased. To say that she was exceptional would be selling her short. She is the perfect example of what a Manager and/or Customer Service Manager should be. My wife was blown away by Katie's attention and assistance. We will certainly seek Katie out when we need our next truck rental in North Georgia.
