The 20 foot truck I asked for was available upon my arrival. It started right up and drove well. No complaints. I originally rented the truck for two days but ended up needing it for one day. I was given a refund for the unused second day with no issue. Well satisfied!

Alan FFirst thing was they tried to upsell me a 4way/7way plug. Said I couldn’t take the trailer if I didn’t have one and I needed to purchase from the front office. I told the guy to give me a few minutes to look through my toolbox because I always kept 2 on the truck. I found it then almost immediately after hooking this up, he started to give me gripe about my taillight on my truck. One of the brake lights has given me trouble and flickers on and off when it wants to. I had a 50” long brake light under the tailgate that was 500% more red light than my single brake light and they wanted me to unhook and drop the trailer to go get it fixed before I could pick it up. Now all the lights on the trailer worked fine, signals, brake lights and running lights. Finally a lady came out and said it is fine, that the only lights they need to check is the trailer lights after I had already started to remove the trailer to drop it. The guy also argued with me over the height of my hitch. He told me to put it on the ball but I told him I needed to adjust the height so it would sit level. He argued with me about it and said the trailer isn’t level at the moment. It was a face palm moment because I could eyeball the tongue, the front and rear of the trailer and if I put it on the ball as is, the front would have dug into the ground. Once I adjusted it, it was perfectly level. Don’t recommend to stop here. Communication is a huge issue and just some common sense. I rent these trailers all the time and never had a more difficult experience picking one up. Go to another U-Haul location.

Robert MThe truck was not clean. The steering was extremely loose and it was very hard not to swerve back and forth going down the road.
Richard WThe truck I rented had quite a few miles on it. So you need to make sure to rotate out the older trucks for newer ones. In particular, on this truck the front end was very loose!

PAMELA AI rented the truck and immediately had issues. I had to wait two hours for someone to come get to the truck and the person that fixed the truck said they never should have given me the truck in the condition it was in. They knew I was traveling 200 miles and should have done the right thing by checking the truck. When I escalated the issue the “manager” didn’t even call me to get a full story, they sent me a quick email letting me know I was able to complete my move. Will never be using this service again if this is how they care for their customers. Something told me to leave the day before my closing and I’m glad I did because with that truck I would have missed the closing appointment on my home. This made what should be an amazing first time memory of buying your first home an actual nightmare.
kristin sUsed online reservation - was able to reserve trailer, appliance dolly and dozen furniture pads. When I went to pick, all they had was trailer. No appliance dolly and no pads. Clerk said they had not had an appliance dolly in 3 - 4 weeks. Very disappointing.

Kenneth sTruck had a check engine light on, very dirty inside, AC not very cold. The mileage on the truck was much higher than what was listed on the contract, which was not corrected on the final invoice. Truck had under 1/4 a gallon of gas, and even though I returned it with the same amount I was charged $30 for gas. I rent trucks fairly regularly and this was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time.
