CHARLINE FI know it’s not up to uhaul who rents out the trucks, but the lady was very discriminatory towards me. If I was white I would’ve had an easier time renting it. That was the first time I’ve experienced that and usually my interactions with uhaul are good but this one was not.

GLORINDA ZYes, they need to make sure the address is correct with Google. When you put in the address it sends you to a field out in Abilene. We had to call to get the true directions.
