Strap on the car hauler was bad. Could not tell this untill it was unrolled to use. Had to travel to another U-haul location to have it repaired. Need to have straps checked when returned so next person does not have this problem.GEORGE WILLIAM I.

Do not lie to the customer by saying the equipment reserved wasn't any good and that it would have only said it wasn't at time of check out. Do not think customers are stupid. Easier pill to swallow had you told the truth. We need to change your reservation to a dolly so we can make more money on a different customer. I wouldn't be happy, but at least I'd have understood. Now I'm just pissed and telling everyone what my experience with U-haul was like.norman H.

Tried to drop of a car trailer on a Monday afternoon before their posted hours of closing and building was locked up. So tried to call with no answer and left a message to call so we could set up a time to drop off when they were there. The next day tried again at the same time and sure enough door locked only this time there was a paper taped to the door with a cell number to call. So I called and a gentleman answered and said to drop trailer behind the building and someone would email a receipt that night. Was very nervous about leaving it behind without some sort of confirmation but I did. Woke the next morning which is the day it was supposed to be returned with no e-mail yet. Finally at 9:15 received the email receipt. Just not professional in my view. Used them many times in the past and never had any issues. It's very convenient for me to use this location since it's close to home. I will definitely not be using this location again and may not use uhaul again because of this.MICHAEL LOUIS V.

Gentleman was not overly helpful. Handed us the key and said you will see this number on the truck but failed to say the number is inside the truck so you had to climb into the trucks till you found the right one. He was not friendly.MELISA ANN E.
