The app is garbage..it can never "locate" you. I had a reservation for 8:30..1800 uhaul told me "Go to another place" Um no this is 45 min from others..2nd they put the wrong destination..I spent over an hour on the phone to fix their mistake..was transfered to 4 different people and told it was my fault..I would not be issued a refund on 200 plus more miles..and I would be charged for dropping it off where I was located. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERVIOLET H.

The automatic check in an automatic drop off is really good. It was always very frustrating to pick up a U-Haul because it took forever to pick it up and it took forever to drop it off. This was a very good processKelsey F.
This is a furniture store and the person who handles the Uhaul business is only there some of the time. The person who handles the furniture store business was not helpful at all and acted bothered that I even called. I was trying to return a trailer.Ericka D.

The time was wrong from the time I ordered and they changed the location, but then changed it back without me knowing. The whole situation was very confusing and caused me an hour and a half of trouble trying to figure everything out and it should have only taken 5-10 minutes.William M.

The hours of operation need to start earlier in the morning not 10 am. The share app failed to work and it took 4 phone calls and over an hour of my time before I could get the key. Upon return the app said I had no reservation so I could not check the vehicle in via the share app. The next day, I went back to the location and the attendant ask me to assist with the vehicle check in so she could check lights and blinkers. I don't think this is the responsibility of the customer. Also the vehicle had not been washed. The windshield and mirrors were covered with dead bugs and the vehicle had damage that had not been marked.Antoine J.

The woman I spoke with at this location was very nice, and through no fault of her own my reservation that I should have been picking up at the Freeport Mini Storage location at 8:00 AM, got switched to her location at 1:00 PM. Problem is, I had movers coming at 9:00 AM to load the truck! It was a major screw up. I was able to call the Freeport Mini Storage location to voice my displeasure. They got in touch with a Uhaul "manager" to try to resolve the problem. They requested to be able to pick up a truck at another location, which they said they would go get for me, and that is service I applaud. They were told no, and that I had to pick up the truck at this new location and rent it on my phone. I am an educated lady, but not as technically up to date as most younger people. The "manager" called me the night before and told me to upload my license, which after the link expiring, I was finally able to do that. This manager was very brusque and short with me. He made me feel like I was being a burden, which I did not appreciate, being the customer and having my reservation swicthed. After about 30 minutes the morning of trying to do this rental on my phone, which I had to download an app, and then the password din't work, I was finally able to get the truck and get back barely before the movers arrived.... 26 foot truck finally loaded and headed to North Carolina, only to make it to Tallahassee before breaking down on the side of the road where they sent "mechanics" that showed up to fix a heater hose, along with their pit bull. They needed a hose, two clamps and coolant, only to get the wrong clamps (even though they took part of the hose for sizing) which should have been a half hour job, FIVE hours later we were back on the road. Older trucks maybe should be kept for local moves... Not a great experience all around. Had to spend the night in a hotel (2 rooms) instead of making the trip in one day as planned. Not the best of trips on this one...teresa S.

The young lady that checked us in could not have been more helpful and courteous. Very professional. Happy to be given this opportunity to review your dealers. Some of the U-haul checkin experiences have been pretty lousy and not at all helpful. This dealer was outstanding.SHARON F.

We couldn't find the drop box for keys then some asshole called and said I had to call Roadside assist to unlock the door since I couldn't find the drop box I left the keys inside. Then Roadside assist told me no I didn't need to talk to them because it was 4 days later and ticket was closed then I called the asshole back and he was very hateful & told me next time I would be charged. Its not my fault the key drop box can't be found I looked everywhere and that guy was just a real JERK!!!!LARRY J.
