Best business I have had with Uhaul. At Skippy's they treat their customers very well. Will do business again with Uhaul at Skippy's on Route 56 in the town of Potsdam NY.

Location was an hour late providing key to vehicle. Passenger rear inner tire was flat and outer tire was low on air. Location is very dirty and poorly maintained. Office had dog excrement on floor when they finally opened.

When someone chooses where to pick up their uhaul they chose ti place for a reason. Don't switch their pick up location on them.
