GREGORY ABefore people reserve their rental online to use for 1 day and return to the same location, you should include a full page like you do for asking for boxes and needing help packing, moving, asking if you need storage to be sure the customer understands the price you are told online is only a fraction of what your really fixing to charge them. Was told my rental would be $139 then I took a day off the truck because online it said 3 days then got asked where the truck was going and it went up to $262, only to return the truck and be told I owed a total of $584 for additional mileage. You won’t get that money, you can keep the $262 I paid at the beginning but ur not going to rob me for more, brought back with more gas, fully cleaned out and no damage. That is the perfect example of highway robbery and a con.
Seth KNothing from my experience, they went above and beyond for me and my family. Working after hours to help with a challenging emergency we were in. Our lives would have been made extremely more difficult had this facility and the gentleman who assisted us. I can't remember exactly the gentlemans name that assisted us throughout the process, but it was one of the best Uhaul experiences because of him. He deserves recognition for his customer service. I have worked in forward facing customer service for 12 years and have a PhD from a Tier One research institute in Texas, this gentleman was exemplary in his customer service.
