I've rented UHaul's from Skyview in the past, and have always found their staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, I would rent from them again, and I will refer friends to them when possible.David J.
12/13/21 I arrived at 1314 Pearl Rode (Rapid wrench and lube) before my 24 deadline and as I was using the mobile app to start the return process the attendant came out and told me the lot was full and I had to drive 2 miles north to another location (314 pearl rd) to drop of the truck even though my contract listed the current address. Luckily I was still within my allowed miles and didn't go over from the additional drive. Later when I called Uhaul to check on the return status one of the Uhaul reps told me that U-Haul no longer does business with 314 pearl Rd (Skyview) and got really aggressive with me saying I should have left the truck where I was scheduled. So the people running this location seem to be putting customers in a bad situation of returning trucks to a location not officially recognized by U-Haul OR the rep I talked to didn't have his facts straight. Either way I never got a confirmation email or text that my truck return was processed until I called again later in the day to inquire. I wasted a lot of time because of this location.KENNETH W.

I was so thankful Skyview Farm was open for business (7:30 a.m. on Sunday morning) and so helpful to get us on our way. The truck ran well. For someone who is not used to working technology it was Very hard to understand how to the get key Too much picture taking and website was not easy to navigate. If someone did not have a smart phone then they would not have been able to get a truck. Not clearly labeled where to get key or where to get the truck. Should have someone there past 4pm since most people who rent are still at work past 4.Greg P.

I mean, it's a uhaul not a Tesla, so my expectations weren't sky high. But the interior of the truck was kind of gross and bottles of soda from what I'm guessing were the previous renters were just sitting there still.MELISSA B.

The wheel of the truck had to be turned for one whole turn before it would actually even move. It also shook when driven. The ramp in the back was broken and wobbled as we unloaded it even though we followed instructions listed on the truck. We reserved a 20' truck with two weeks in advance and they gave us a 26' truck and charged us for a 26' truck even though we only wanted 20'. I tried to cancel the insurance on the 20' truck since my Geico insurance covered it, but the website would not let me.Aaron L.
The truck had over 91,000 miles on it and the brakes were pretty sketchy, but it did what it was supposed to do, so I'm ok with it.James T.

Make it easier to find the right location. We went to the UHAUL shed, but no one was there. After looking around for several minutes like we were lost, someone offered to help and then went to find someone. we then had to walk to another building to find the person and check out. Then walk back to the UHAUL shed to get the keys.Kenny G.

the only little thing i would say which is not the location or the people's running it fault is that when i started to drive, I thought it was not safe but one you were driving for a little bit and maintaining a speed it sounded normal.Sydney N.
