Truck needs to be inspected. Miles were completely off and truck had no fuel. I was charged $20 for fuel when I returned it on the same level I received it. I took a picture on the app when I first got the truck.
Alexis C24 hour pick up service but the equipment and order was not complete with pads, furniture dolly or that of the upright dolly. Gentleman in the closed office opened up, gave me the dolly's and whatever pads he had as there wasn't a complete dozen. Very nice, very helpful.

Michael SAt the location nothing that know of but the app because it showed a different fuel processed than actually was so was charged extra and trying to get a refund as we speak location should have record of how much faster they put in their truck so hopefully no issues but we will see but the extra charge I got was freaking ridiculous when I never moved the gas meter thing it said 1/4 it even mad me take pictures and everything now it seems to be a problem on seeing the pictures or whatever when you need them to even check the truck in and out seems shady to me but I'm waiting on the outcome said it'll take 3 days plus with that charge took from my rent moving in where I live now reason I even got the truck

Patricia BI was over charged for gas that I had already filled. The truck had check engine light the entire time which made me very nervous. And I didn’t expect a peeling steering wheel or seats that were worn and scratched your skin. Truck had almost 90,000 miles time to do an over haul!

Paul RI was not very happy with this drop-off location. The parking lot was very difficult to navigate, especially in a large truck, and there was no indication of where I should park the truck. There was also only one person at the counter to assist customers. After waiting a short while, I was asked to just leave the keys there and they would take care of it. I wish I had stayed. I returned the truck with - what I thought was - an equivalent amount of gas as what it was when I picked it up, but they ended up charging me $8.50 for two gallons of gas. It's not worth fighting over, but definitely wasn't expected, especially since the truck's gas tank gauge only provided quarter-level hash marks. This made it pretty difficult to tell whether it was at the same level, even when I compared it to a picture I took at the time of pick-up. I've rented from U-Haul several times over the last few years and this was the first time I'd ever been charged an additional fee. It was also the first time I was unable to do a walk through with a staff member at the time of drop-off, which is a mistake I won't make again. I also was a little bit disappointed in this location's "free resources" section, which consisted solely of Christian literature and handouts and, aside from some very minimal packing supplies, was the only thing in the office. I have nothing against it, but it seemed very out of place, especially considering the very unforgiving gas fee I ended up with. I wouldn't recommend this location and won't be back.

max sI feel that I was overcharged for gas. The actual visual check for gas and mileage was done after I left and a lot of things were not explained. I could not use cash to pay, this location sucks!

Scott RI made an online reservation and provide all information that was required and requested. What I do not understand is why then I have to repeat the process when onsite to pickup the rental? I could just as well have gone to the rental site and do all of the required paperwork ONCE not twice.
Ronald HMy only complaint is a minor one...even though lock boxes were available, I was required to go inside and get the key from the employee, who happened to have stepped out for a few minutes. Once I found him everything was great but I would have preferred just getting the key from the lock box.

Kimberly PRubber passenger door gasket was flopping around. Dealer said they were aware of it, but headquarters refused to fix it. Tank was quarter filled when I picked it up. Brought it back 1/4 filled and was later charged for 2 gallons of gas. Not exactly what I understood would be the case.

KAMIYA HI was charged for damages. When I called there was no effort or care to help. They just told me to call uhaul. I was able to get that charge removed. Uhaul customer service was A+

TERRENCE Feverything worked great the people were nice rented theU-Haul I was very pleased the only thing that I know that I did wrong was not to look at the video to tell me exactly what to do after renting the u haul how to return it I am making suggest something when the person is picking up the the U-Haul where they are purchasing that U-Haul from have them look at the video before they leave that way they know exactly what to do and they won't have to do what I did wait later on then see the text message and it's too late to do what you want them to do your representative told me what to do to look at the video but by me being in the process of trying to move so quickly I forgot to look at the video until later on after I had the return the truck then that's when I came back and seen what I was supposed to do thank you very much for everything renting me the U-Haul for moving and I would be glad to recommend you to other people that are moving
GLORIA MIt took nearly 30 minutes to check in due to the app. It just wasn't working correctly. I had trouble moving between screens, and some screens took too long to load.

NANCY VSo I arrived to my drop off location in Saint Petersburg at the skyway location. I asked if they needed anything like my documents for references doing the walkthrough at the end. The guy brushed his hand at me and said “Nah you’re good” and went inside. So we never did the final walkthrough. I left the truck clean and made sure gas was full like I always do when I rent a vehicle. Come to find out that they charged me $150 for “Damage” of a scrape. First of all how do I know that wasn’t them or they made it up? I wasn’t present during the inspection after I dropped it off. Extremely unprofessional and very sketchy. Never using uhaul ever again unfortunately. I’m going to utilize another company for professionalism and to avoid being taken advantage of monetarily.
