I returned the truck after 30 hours rather than 2 full days, once the system gets that info there should be some of prorated amount for the time it was actually used.Courtney M.

Would give it 5 stars for the courtesy and professionalism of the man who checked me out, but had to lower the overall to 4 due to tech issues that prevented my truck from being checked outthomas C.
That truck was disgusting! Sticky steering wheel, food crumbs everywhere, muddy floors, didn't sweep out the back, and undocumented damage all over the truck. It still had the last persons rental paperwork in the console. That truck didn't get touched by the agent. The best part about the whole experience was the mobile check in and drop off so o didn't have to deal with anyone at the location.Jeff G.

The location was wonderful. The main issue I had was with the U-Haul app. It glitched during the initial rental approval and had to be reset to continue. Then, on return, it hung at adding a pic of the Odometer/Fuel guage. It would take a pic but would not upload. There was no error, just would not save. I finally finished the return using the web site. That took previous time.GERALD C.

It took close to 2 hours after my appointment time to have the trailer delivered to Slones from the large gravity 5 miles away. I could have driven their myself faster. Plus I had to pass that location to get to Slones. When Slones called initially to find out the status, they said they would have it brought down right away, that I should stay at Slones. The service lately by Uhaul has been terrible. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. This was NOT Slones fault, it was the primary Uhaul center on SR741.David J.

Communication! I reserved it in Miamisburg. I got an Email telling me to pick it up there. Took them 30 minutes to figure out I needed to go to Moraine. No Email or text message. Showed them the reservation. They were nice, but it was a corporate mistake in lack of communication. Had people waiting to help me and we wasted an hour doing all this when I could have gone straight to Moraine if I had KNOWN.ROBERT T.

My family and I have used U-haul for years the trick was clean and all but I did notice after the truck was brought back he didn't disinfect it my only concern was for others safety due to the coronavirus including myself my question was did that disinfect it before I had the truck!!!! Lastly but not least after all the things were loaded on the truck and we were ready for our destination the truck wouldn't start I called the location and told them my problem also stated I had no flashers on no nothing I was questioned are you sure I stated I'm positive there was no need for them to be on granted I'm in a driveway he then said well we don't have anything to do with the U-haul so you need to call the number on the side well needless to say I got get an answer when calling the number I called back and told him that well I ended up paying someone to jump the battery so I could get to my destination this is the worst by far I was in a time crunch due to be being a Nurse and all was horrible poor customer service all he said was we never had any problems with the truck before I returned the truck handed over the keys and he said I'll email you with any questions etc I said I need you to check the mileage the condition of the truck and the gas hand so I'm not charged anything other than what was stated he was irritated by me saying that but I wasn't leaving until that was done overall I'll never use that location AGAIN I had to pay out my POCKETS to get the truck up and running again I'm literally heated to be honest there needs to be a better system at hand when these things happen I could at least been compensated for money loss due to no fault of my own reimbursed or something and the inconvenience of the truck DYING on us I never give reviews on anything wether it's this or any other company I had to unfortunately horrible horrible just horrible so I had to call off work I hope this message cause some changes thanks I hoping this helps someone else in my shoesLAKISHA C.

So, this drop off is a body shop, so the parking lot was a bit crowded, but the proprietor was beside me almost before I stepped out of the truck. Extremely friendly, very customer service oriented. Great U-haul representative.Edward B.

Small lot; big truck = hard to maneuver (especially on return). NO mention of the dolly - I saw it in the truck upon arrival of my house. Did not need it, but it was a bit in the way since I couldn't move it without incurring an additional charge.mark G.

The Gentleman at Slone's Automotive was so nice, but this is a raggedy neighborhood that I would never choose to visit- especially since the larger location on State Route 741 is so modern and nice. I was surprised to be sent elsewhere. I was told- "It's right down the road- no big deal." If that is the case, wouldn't it be better customer service to bring the truck to the other place?Nancy T.
