Terrible as I already said, location was unresponsive, van was very dirty and filthy. Worst experience with U-Haul I’ve ever had. Definetly will not be renting with U-Haul anymore

My pick up location was downtown Miami. I went there and stood in line for an hour to then be told that U-Haul moved my booking to another location. I received a text about this but it would not show the location (as I learned this location does not have mobile check in). The woman at the downtown location told me it has nothing to do with her and she could not help me, nor give me the address of the other location. Terrible service. Vehicle, once I finally found the location, was dirty, poor drivetrain, disgusting, and empty of gas. Terrible experience.

Horrible experience No customer experience - waited 45 mins outside in sun. They reported i picked up truck and had to wait to get key. Then asked to go and find truck from parking. No uhaul supplies were available from booking Changed my order from 3 to 2 days for some reason Absolutely bad location, AVOID

We got there and when when we got to the part where we pick up the keys we couldn't find the office to pick them up. There is no clear signs to tell customers where to pick up the keys. We lost 30 mins trying to figure out this. When had given up and tried cancelling the reservation and we couldn't do it, because the application thought we had picked up the keys. Only much later someone showed up, and if we hadn't asked them we wouldn't know they work for uhaul.

This location is the absolute worst place you would want to return your truck, especially at night. There is no indication whatsoever that you can return the truck here after hours. No sign/banner at the door giving any pointers. It’s directly off a main street and to turn the truck into the lot is difficult because cars are going fast around you. There are other safety concerns too. For example, the lot is not lit at all. It’s dark and there are no signs to guide you to a suitable spot for the vehicle. I was scared for my life in that area. Now the worst part - there is no key Dropbox. So I had to call customer care and let them know that. Wait time was 52 mins. Now imagine being in that place for 52 mins. I’m really disappointed with Uhaul. I expected you to at least have the basics figured out. While on the phone with Central Support, earlier that evening, the lady was not pleasant to talk to either. She did not mention any of the above shortcomings of that drop off location or she did not know. Which is again very bad management. Also, if you are ultimately going to decide where the truck has to be returned, don’t make it sound like we have the option when we reserve the truck. My preferred location was 3 mins away. The location assigned to me was 27 mins away. I had to pump more fuel just so that I return the truck with the right amount of fuel and accidentally pumped 10 gallons more while speaking to the rude lady! What a mess Uhaul.

I ordered two dollies and other moving equipment to help my move. This location did not have any of the additional equipment I ordered and paid for. They did refund me the cost but it made the moving experience much worse.

The cabin of the truck was very dirty. I was very surprised to see that in this time of covid-19. I wish uhual trucks had cruise control. Both employees I worked with at the two locations were very polite.

Would not recommend anything, everything was in order; equipment well kept and clean, customer service was excellent, made my moving so much better than what I thought. Thank you
