When I dropped off the U-Haul the staff informed me that I would be receiving a refund as I overfilled the gas tank. After 7 days I called back as I have not received my refund. I was told to call customer service. I called customer service the 1-800 number I was sent back to the Edgewater location to have a conversation about the refund I was then speaking with the owner who told me he has nothing to do with the refund and the person who originally told me I would get a refund was new. I'm still waiting for a refund to my account that the gas tank should have been filled to 5/8 and I filled it more to 7/8. Was not happy with the runaround. I've tried to call several times in the waiting time is always 20 minutes or more. My phone number is 315-395-6386 I would appreciate my refund. When gas has not been filled up correctly it is very quickly removed from the credit card on file for someone who overfill it would be appreciated to receive the refund

Windshield was plastered with dead bugs. Only 7 moving pads in the truck not 12. My fault for not counting the stack before I pulled out.

$25.00 to clean the ashtray is a bit extreme. Especially after mopping and sweeping out the entire cargo space. Was never told about the added cleaning fee.

They are new at this and service was extreamly sloooow. Had to ask attendant to observe lights as they were going back inside......l have used haul since 1964 and always was well satisfied.... these people should not represent you!
