Abraham WNot impressed this time. I reserved a trailer for one location, and was contacted the day before, but no message was left. The evening before I received a text that my trailer would be available 30+ minute from here I had reserved it, for a 5:30 pick up. Further, I needed to get it picked up before 5. So, an extra hour drive, plus needed to get there well before the time I had reserved. I asked to return the trailer to a location closest to my house. I was told that the return location was set, and I would have to take it to that location, 20 minutes further than the location close to my house. Another 40 minutes' drive time. No offer of compensation was made for the 1 hour and 40 minutes of extra time I had to put in, not the extra miles I had to drive. The best the employee could do was apologize and say it was company policy. Next time I have to rent a trailer, I hope another company will treat me better than this one did.

Fred a | Overall ExperienceLocation told us if we wanted to change the drop off location. We need to contact the corporate office and gave us the phone number. We contacted the corporate office and were told that we were supposed to do it before we left the site. Either way we got screwed.

Terry BI honestly feel scammed. I had no paperwork to check against for mileage/ fuel level, as I was checked in on a phone. Signed on a phone. I took them at there word. I KNOW where we went and that ( being generous) was 75 miles. I was charged for 105. I paid 70 dollars to return 1/2 full, though when I checked out was told 1/4 full, and that is what my eyes saw. Because my eyes didn't see a contract, but was emailed, I basically have no recourse. My bad. Lesson learned.

Belinda SYoung man tried to help us even though the system wouldn’t let him. Not his fault the Stanwood, WA location messed up the return time. Return time was setup for 4:00pm and the gal put In 4:00am. Very upset I was charged another $60.00 for a U-Haul employees screw up.

FRANK ENot sure any improvements need to be made here, the guys that helped me were incredibly thorough and really upbeat and pleasant to deal with. Probably one of the best experiences at any uhaul I've personally had.

KEVIN R | Overall ExperienceSmart Storage was great. UHaul dispatch was below POOR! I reserved a 6x12 utility trailer in Richland and had to pick it up in Benton City. They failed to note I was scheduled an hour before the shop opened. The rest of the order of boxes and materials remained in Richland. Had to return there for that. Communication between dispatch and the private locations is non existent. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone after this experience.

Robert LLocation was great they worked extremely hard. U-Haul was terrible. Was told to be there at 0700 and didn’t get my truck until 11. I asked the area manager to call me 3 times with no answer. Delayed our travel plans and family who were in area to help. Very poor customer service by U-Haul

milburn wThis has turned me off of ever using U-haul again. I mad a reservation three weeks ahead of time and asked to confirm the equipment the night before. I got to a different store and was told there was no equipment. I had to travel 50 miles to pick up a smaller unit and then load it back home. I will spend the money to buy my own equipment and tell everyone never use you! This was not the locations fault but you Corporate center. Poor customer service at its finest!
Gregory GWe did not use the dolly but the clamp in the truck does not work and the dolly came out of the clamp and broke the clip so we will be charged for something we did not use

Teri HBenton City is over 20 miles away from where I live (Pasco). Over all, 40 extra miles I had to drive. If I wasn't in a desperate situation I would have looked elsewhere to rent.
