The attendant when I returned the car was not aware of the process to return the car. Thus, I thought checkout/return of car was complete and had to go back to the location
STEPHANE F.The truck was not dirty in the bed part and still had a lot of trash from the prior renter as if it was never cleaned. The cab was filthy as well and had dog hair all over the place along with the windows looking as if a dog licked on them, the door seats and handles. We are still in a pandemic and I feel as though this uhaul location but my safety at risk by not cleaning my truck AT ALL. I have pictures if needed. This was the only truck at this location period as there were no other trucks available. I was sent to this location from the one in Addison since they didn't have the length of time I needed. I always deal with Addison Uhaul as I have always received a clean truck and great service. This Smart Tech location should not be contracted with Uhaul any longer.
