First they started charging for after hours drop off check-in the next morn. Now they are charging if you do not return equipment to exact spot it came from!! They refuse to help hook up the trailer so, as a single woman, I can no longer rent from them.

The Uhaul trailer for the most part was swept out but there was a lot of residual dirt inside. We had to sweep it out again to get the dirt out

Counter lady was really nice. Just difficult because they do not help attach the trailer to hitch and it is VERY heavy.

The tongue jack on the car transport trailer I rented would not go down when I got to my destination so I could use my truck. I had to raise the hitch with my trucks tire jack . It was jammed. Also the rubber tie down for the folding fender snapped when I was trying to use it. Luckily only one of the two straps broke. However the location personal seemed friendly.

The outside of the trailer was FILTHY and coveted in mud/dirty. To add insult to injury, the same size trailer right next to ours was spotless. But we were rented the FILTHY one.

Let people know trailers n dollies lights are 4 prong hook up . I had to buy adapter from 7 prong to 4 prong.

The equipment was initially difficult to obtain, I was supposed to get it in my town but have to drive 70 miles north to get this equipment. I've managed to get it through customer service guiding me through the online steps, according to the initial person that told me to pick up this equipment I was supposed to get a $50 rebate due to the extra driving that I have to do which never occurred. Secondly after I already have the equipment for several days and received a call from this Branch being rude and making me explain myself of how I got the equipment if the payment has not been processed. I frankly felt that this individual at this location was very rude, finger pointing, and short with me during our conversation. I informed them that I got help from the telephone staff to complete the transaction that night that I picked up the truck, he was very adamant that I wastaking this vehicle without properly performing the check in and made it seemed as if I was taking his property without paying for it. Overall very dissatisfied with this location and the Personnel I was treated on the phone, and having to drive to this location. I would not recommend due to the hostility, and not getting the amount discount due driving it's also unacceptable. Lastly when I get to my end destination I was almost over charged for fuel as the paperwork at the incorrect amount fuel level, luckily I had taken a picture of the fuel gauge the day I picked it up and the individuals at my drop off location were really helpful about this. U-Haul is the only local moving service available in my area otherwise after this experience I would not recommend someone contact me and get this straightened out
