Jim ZMy issue with the rental experience was with UHaul reservations - less than 24 hrs before my scheduled and pre-paid pickup, they left a voicemail saying the pickup location and time had been changed (farther drive and later pickup time). Tried to call back as I was on a tight schedule but was on hold for +10 min before just hanging up. Was very happy however with the pickup location interactions. 3 days no response now since my email to UHaul regarding their '$50 reservation guarantee'; I expect they will come up with some reason not to honor it if they respond.

Lance KWe reserved a truck in the City of Rochester. The dispatched truck was 30 miles away. Obviously that is less than desired. Given that we had no choice, we traveled to pick up the truck.

Robert HTo be totally honest all my recent uhaul experiences have been horrible having to drive 45 miles away to find a truck or car transport....not compensated for the gas or mileage with the truck I was charged for extra miles and gas which wouldn't have occurred if it was local and the car carrier cost me 26 dollars in gas to retrieve before even making my trip..

Matthew SThis was not the location I chose. U-haul changed the location and make me go 30 minutes away from were I live to pick it up. The personnel on the location I chose were very rude and didn’t want to help me out. I don’t recommend the unsullied i E Ridge rd.
SANDRA OPickup left cation was changed at the last minute. Originally scheduled and confirmed a pickup location only 4 miles from my location. 15 minutes prior to pickup time I received a phone call changing my pickup location to a dealer 25 miles away. The new location was very good but the change in location was unexpected snd put me way behind schedule.
james cThey transfer my three weeks reservation to other location with out notifying me call text or email me.went to other location they did not have any truck that I reserved I had to go 4 different location no luck finally I called customer service after I talk with customer service she told me they canceled my reservation with out asking me what are my choice and finally I had to drive 45 minutes away from Rochester to SODUS NY got a truck a lady name Terry helped me out great customer service wellcomed me with opened arm and warm affectionate smile offers me and my friend a drink great customer service and I really appreciate for your help you are great .
