The trailer had 2 tires that were below 14 PSI and one of them was 4 PSI!! Had to pull off and pay for filling all tires to 55 PSI. Not cool.

Stephen D.Not allow someone to make a reservation for a truck that is not available. For the customer service reps to do a better job accommodating a customer. This was the worse experience I have had with UHAUL and it will be the last. I have been a customer for several years and I have never seen a situation handled so poorly.
Andrew S.The app is completely useless and 100% garbage. The second time I've had to use it and it's only gotten worse. I spent about 45 trying to check out the truck with the mobile app. The truck was clean but something is wrong with the engine or transmission. Makes more noise then a 700lb person with sleep apnea. I had to drive with a finger plugged into my left ear, the level of noise was deafening. The truck fights to get into the next gear. Takes awhile to get into higher gears, which kills your gas mileage. I had a nightmare returning the truck. I spent hours, overall almost 5, between calling customer service, being transfered to their 25hr customer service. Waiting for roadside because I was so out of it, loopy that when I finally did get someone to tell me how to return the truck since the app wouldn't work I forgot the key in the ignition and locked the door. I got the $16 safemover insurance that covers theft or truck or damage but not a locksmith... so I had to spend $100 bucks to get the keys out. Then this location fails to check the drop box for the key the next morning and then tries so nail me for a locksmith and an additional $300 in bogus erroneous charges. I will never use this location again. If I use uhaul again, I will do it during business hours and never use this app that must have been created and code written by Helen Keller
Michael R.They should fix the broken tail light that has been broken since the last 3 times I rented the pick up. They should also the rear view camera which is not working.

VAISSEL A.Extremely slow service. Staff late to arrive resulting in delayed rental adding time and stress to an already busy day. Windshield gasket was barely hanging on and unless closed in door it flapped around in the wind which was really unsafe. Staff didn't care and I was staying local and late so I survived. In back of truck at start of rental were 2 pallets, cardboard and bunch of plastic wrap. Had to take more time to properly dispose of trash. Really poor experience all around
Brett W.Arrived to a makeshift office storefront and was told my truck wasn't there - after a couple minutes it was found. The truck provided to me was very old and with a quarter tank of gas, so I immediately took it to the gas station where it wouldn't turn on after attempting to fuel. I don't recommend this location at all.

I need this to be looked at and want my money back

REINALDO T.One of the inside floor panels was a little loose but we didn't think anything of it until we got to my house and starting going inside and out of the truck moving my stuff that it got worse and I twisted my ankle on it a couple times because it kept dipping in lower. The truck was also dirty when we got it
chariss H.They are getting a one start review for making me feel like a Karen in writing this review. We rented the truck and furniture pads. We returned the furniture pads, yet they continue to charge us $75 for “missing†furniture pads, which we returned and a $30 late payment fee. Which we are late on paying because every time I've called they either don't answer, say they are busy or put me on hold for 10 mins and then hang up on me. And I'm sorry but I am in no position to be giving away over $100 because if other people's incompetence.

FRANK F.We had to sign the contract up front, and pay up front for an estimated amount of mileage. The estimate was for 50 miles. The official overall distance that was traveled equals only 45 miles. We deserve a refund. Thank you.

The agent made no attempt to get truck, other than show me the number to look for at the end of the a long way behind the shopping center. Truck had been standing unused for a long time and visor broken and limited visibility while driving. Not a good experience.
EDWARD D.Have the Uhaul ready to be picked up. Have someone available to connect the uhaul. Have items necessary for a Uhaul connection to a vehicle in stock. It's not the customers job to do your job or to maintain your stock.

McLowlly S.This location was fine, but the original location Postal Annex in Miami, FL was absolutely horrible. The employee running the store at 10am was so incredibly rude. He opened the door, looked at me and asked “Is there something i can help you with?†and I told him I was there to pick up my U-Haul with which he replied “I don't have internet. There's a sign on the door if you hadn't read it yet. I can't help you or anyone.†He had such a nasty tone of voice and offered no solution beside to call U-Haul themselves. Also when returning the truck the instructions were backwards, I would suggest revising it so that way the first step after parking the truck back is to take all the photos needed THEN state to return the key in the box.
