Let customer know not to lock up vehicle and drop keys until they've completed their online vehicle drop. I locked the vehicle and dropped off the key and then discovered I should take pictures of odometer and inside of cab. Too late.

When asked questions to clarify the details of the contract, the lady on duty began to argue. When I called to clarify what I arranged for the contract. she began to argue with me as well, instead of answering the question. She was extremely unprofessional. I chose that location due to convenience and location, but will no longer make that my decision making factor. Looking at the reviews, the location needs to be shut down because they obviously have no idea what customer service looks like, and have no desire to provide it.

Gerald KananenI was happy with the convienent location. This location needs more climatic units in all sizes. The price went up so much it was not affordable and my items got ruined due to not being protected from the climate, the unit being damp and all types of insects. My suggestion is if you have upholstered furniture, papers etc to get a climatic unit.

Heather Mitchell | Overall ExperienceWe enjoyed that this facility was secured by gate and code entry. Sadly, many of our belongings are ruined from dirt or need extensive cleaning. We had checked our items a few months prior to our upcoming months and they were fine then. Since that time, we noticed large mounds of dirt across the lot from our locker - maybe it came from that? Anyway, it's just super unfortunate and will be a time consuming process to clean all our belongings. That being said, I believe we would still use them again if ever needed and should I had mentioned what has happened to the owners while checking out. I believe they would have attempted to locate a resolve.

Jonathan NelsonIn light of covid-19 I think U-Haul did an excellent job with the u-haul 24/7 app. There were a few glitches but after making several phone calls to U-Haul I was able to get through them. The customer service representatives were very polite and extremely helpful I was able to complete my move in a timely manner

While the location was fine the iphone app and digital pickup was a complete cluster. It took me almost 50 mins to get my keys as your tech was all messed up. And the phone support completely stunk and was not helpful at all
